The service done by the technician, Malachi, was top notch. I always call precision door of Columbus for my garage door needs because they are knowledgeable and efficient and very trustworthy. I replaced a very very old garage door opener with a newer model of Genie and the “Tax season” discount they are currently offering was a nice savings. It’s nice to have my garage door going up and down smoothly and quietly once again.

Bought a garage door "kit" from one of the big box stores, but the main shaft was a two piece job was absolute junk. The main spring was under powered for the job along with the cables and drums. Been much better to have Precision do the install than do it myself. The so called spring kit lasted less than 6 months. I had them replace the total upper end less the opener. The door tech Malachi was a pro and friendly. No worries with this company or this tech, request Malachi and you wont be disappointed!

Unfortunately our garage door developed structural issues out of nowhere on a Saturday afternoon. Thankfully Precision was able to send Malachi out within a couple of hours. He quickly fixed the structural problem but found our motor had also burned out (which we had suspicions when we had no electrical activity within the unit).
