Trust me; do not go anywhere else! I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the service I received from Precision Garage and the excellent workmanship and professionalism of Joe who did the work. If 100 stars were available I would give it. For a few weeks I had noticed a clunking sound with my garage door. Then about a week ago I noticed the door when up had a slight sag in the middle. Several months ago a different company came out and replaced a broken spring and I was happy with the service. At that previous time I asked about the outside key pad, which had not worked since we moved in, and was told it would haven to be replaced for $70-$100 and they would order it. I never heard back. With my current problem I did reach out to that same company to come out and was given Saturday between 8-12. On Saturday no one showed up. Later that day a person called and apologized saying there had been a scheduling error but the next days offered did not work for me, plus I was headed out of town for almost two weeks. I thought I would deal with later. Sunday morning I opened the door then noticed a wheel was off the track. Upon closer inspection I saw that the metal of the hinge had literally torn. I was expecting that now I need a complete new door. As we were headed to church I could not deal with the problem just then, however, I discovered I could not get the door closed at all. After church I called Precision about 11:15 am. I was given a time of 12-4 that same day! Joe showed up about 12:20 and assessed the problem and gave me an itemized list, from most necessary to least necessary and the costs. No pressure! Since I was headed out of town and Joe said he could do the work that day I said let’s do it all. In less than two hours all the hinges on the door were replaced along with some metal strips added as reinforcing to the door. Joe was so kind and polite and professional. My home is over 30 years old but I have only lived here 6 years. I asked Joe what the life of the door was (again expecting a new door) and to my delight he explained the panels should last a lifetime, only the hardware needed to be replaced. Again, no pressure to buy something I did not need. Joe asked if there was anything else. As an after thought I asked about the key pad. A quick check to see if power was at the box, then he climbed up to the garage door opener and with a simple press of a button while I put in a code and it worked! First time in 6 years and no new keypad needed. The honesty and integrity, along with a quick response time and excellent work, make this company THE BEST! Oh, and did I mention a SEVEN year warranty on the work? Don’t call anyone else!

Had spring break on garage door. Joe came out next day and replaced both springs, wheel and bearings. 5 year warranty etc. Bit expensive but did good job. This company replaced same spring 14 years ago, so got 14 years out of last job.

I contacted them because the wall bottom for my garage door wasn’t working. I was surprisingly told that there would be no service charge for them coming to check it out. The technician checked it out and concluded that it might be a bigger, more expensive problem than just the wall switch. I decided to just use my other remote for the time being. And just as promised, no charge for the call. Much appreciated!

Price for repair was over inflated and they price adjusted down after complaining to the tech and then got a reasonable price after threatening to use another company. Door only worked a couple times. Had to call and they sent a different tech out to fix it properly.
