Our garage door (two-car and pretty heavy) was in need of repair due to a broken spring. This occurred on Sunday morning, July 6. Having had excellent prior experience with Precision Garage Door at a previous residence, we called and arranged a repair visit for that same day. Joe arrived at 4 pm, assessed the situation, and outlined options for repairs, discussing options in a no-pressure approach. His explanations were clear, he helped us understand pros and cons, and described the process to repair. He also took the time to make sure we were all situated with the new opener and got our car remote openers connected for the first time in 5+ years.
