2nd time we've used Precision and will keep coming back. Our first repair was to repkace spring and install new wheels. This visit we needed a new opener system since the old one would open and close on its own on occasion due to a fried circuit board (no joke), kind of scary especially when you arrive home and your home has been open for an unknown amount of time. This opener is a marked improvement over the old one, it's quiet, wi-fi controlled and has a good warranty. It also helps that we had the same service professional. I know its a business but Tom is just an all around good dude, honest and kind. Keep up the great work Precision!

A AI search told me you were the top rated company in our area. Pros: The service tech that came out and ended up doing the work was topnotch. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The product seems to be very good quality and the five year warranty is good. The tech was glad to patiently answer every question I came up with. Cons: I had the spring system and the opener system replaced. I’m confident that was appropriate. However, your prices are at the top of the scale for our area. I had done my research and knew that about the pricing before I approved the job. The great performance of the tech prompted me to approve the job even though I knew the price was at the high end of the scale.

Zack was friendly and arrived within two hours of my call. I had backed into my garage door and one of the rollers came off the track. Zack fixed it quickly and made sure the springs had not been damaged. I will call Precision again if I need to.

March 30 and 31 your tech Brad was here at my home for service, originally to give me an estimate to replace the garage door trim, which I did not have replaced when your company replaced both my garage doors in April, 2024. Instead of just providing an estimate for the trim, Brad took extra time to do an inspection of the doors, and in doing so discovered that insufficient springs were installed with the doors in 2024. He explained that over time this would result in the garage door openers failing much quicker than they should because they were lifting much more of the weight than they should. Your company approved Brad repairing this issue at no charge to me. Brad also made a repair on a connection from the door to the opener, resulting from this added strain. Today Brad was back with the trim, installed it, caulked and cleaned the trim, and applied a little paint to the nails. Brad did an excellent job, was courteous, efficient, and demonstrated attention to details and concern for the customer. You should somehow reward him and keep him around as he is a great representative of your company.

Called and a technician came out and fixed multiple issues with my busted garage door. The technician’s name was Cameron. He spoke well, was knowledgeable, skilled, and honest. He evaluated the door and then reviewed multiple repair options ranging from doing just what “needs” to be done, to what “should” be done, even to complete replacement. I felt comfortable discussing options with him. No high pressure sales tactics and no nonsense when explaining the likely reasons for failure. Precision did a great job! They arrived during our scheduled window and gave me a call to let me know they were on the way. Our technician (Imani) was excellent! She answered all of my questions, explained everything they offered, and provided the pricing as I considered various options. The job was completed within 3 hours as promised and we walked thru anything that I needed to know, including set up of the phone app. It was a good experience overall and I am happy with the results.
