My expectations were exceeded by your company. I was not aware of your warranty or follow-up services that you offer. Jeff was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about his business. I was pleased that he seemed to take command of the situation and provided us with complete comfort that everything will turn out nice. I have always been skeptical of companies, even ones highly rated, but have come to believe that your commercials ring true. Looking forward to having a new garage door (I only wish that it could have been this week.

We received same day service from Precision. Our technician, Trevor Derifield, was extremely knowledgeable and provided incredible service. Our issue was resolved in short order and Trevor took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend Precision for anyone having a garage door issue. Derek Mason did a fantastic job for us. He diagnosed our problem and found several other issues which would have caused future problems. He had all the material he needed on hand and he completed the work the same day, efficiently and professionally. I discovered that my garage door was not working at approx. 1:00PM this afernoon. By 1:30 PM I conracted Precision Garage Door Service and a Precision serviceman arrived at my house shortly after 2:00 PM. By 3:00 PM new springs were istalled and the door was functioning well. After a brief but thorough discussion regarding optimal garage door maintenance, the serviceman departed, leaving behind a very satisfied customer.

One of springs on my garage door mechanism suddenly broke yesterday and I was glad I knew, from a very positive past outcome with Precision Garage Door Service, exactly who to call. This was another great experience right from the start, the scheduler was friendly and accommodating, the technician Mike came out right on time and explained exactly what had broken and why and what was needed for the repair. He was very professional, great to work with and completed the job in the hour he'd estimated it would take. The moderate cost was what I was expecting. Very happy, once again with Precision's service. Highly recommend!

I called Precision around 4:30 pm and told them I needed my garage wireless key pad fixed or replaced. The lady at the business offered to have a technician at my house between 6:pm and 10PM to give me a quote. The technician called me at 6:20pm and said he would be here in 15 minutes. He showed up within the 15 minutes asked me if I wanted it looked at to see if he could fix it or replaced. I went with a replacement . He stayed at that time and did the work. He was done within 30 minutes installing it and programming it. The service call, installation and programming was all at a very fair price.

We are Precision repeat customers. Last time they our garage door broke the day before our daughter’s wedding. They were out within a couple of hours and fixed it in no time. This time primary garage door stopped working. Again they were out in a few hours and right on time. Fantastic repair and didn’t try to over sell me on anything just best possible fix and great explanation of the problem. If you have a garage door problem these are the guys to use!

I was impressed that I was immediately contacted after my request for information and especially that the person who came out to assess my problems did the repairs on the spot. He showed me my problems before starting and during his work. My door is old and hadn’t worked for years and he installed a new system and showed me the weak spots in my old door to keep an eye on. I liked that he didn’t try to sell me a new door and parts that were still functional.
