Called for a broken spring, precision came out quickly and fully inspected my garage door issue. Although the technician was great and repairs didn’t take too long, I feel the repairs were a bit pricey. But I was given a range of repairs and my technician explained everything thoroughly, told me what was a critical repair, and what could wait, and I went with the middle ground, so for that I gave 5 stars. I am happy that it is fixed and highly recommend Walker.

I had excellent service performed by this technician within 15 hours of my first request. He performed an inspection of my garage door and pointed out problems that didn't have to be fixed immediately. I could schedule repairs as needed. He was here to fix my remote and he would stop with that. He itemized the cost for refurbishing my garage today. His boss gave me about $500 in discounts if I had it done today. I've been unhappy with how my garage door has been functioning. I was glad to have every done today. Another issue that greatly impressed me, is that this technician had everything he needed to complete my job on his truck. Therefore, I received efficient, friendly service from a technician who seems to really likes his job and likes to help people. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service for anyone that wants a job done quickly and correctly.

On time, polite, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. Pleased with the product. Installer nicked wire in ceiling, and shorted out unit. Contacted local dealer who had it corrected after I had an outside electrician troubleshoot short. Dealer reimbursed me and had another electrical company make repair.

They responded to my call on a Saturday within less than one hour. A very nice gentleman came and fixed the garage door perfectly he was amazing extremely nice. Very polite. Amazing person.
