Cable snapped on an older garage door system. Called Precision and they and a technician to my house within an hour or so. He got me a fair quote and had the work done within a couple of hours. Garage door works like new!

Lake installed a brand new door in a matter of hrs. That's from completely taking the old door,tracks and top roller assembly out, and installing a "completely new door ". He informed me of his arrival time, and talked to me through each step. It was a total pleasure meeting him and his professionalism, not 1 piece of trash was left. We chose Precision Garage Doors because we’ve seen your trucks in the neighborhood over the years and because of the great reviews you get on your website. Jeff responded very quickly and came out the same day as our call after he dug his truck out of the snow! We got an appointment for the next day to have it installed. Joe, the installer, did a great job working in the extremely cold temps. He gave an arrival window between 8-10a and was here before 8:30. So we are very happy with our experience with your company and our garage door. The team truly exceeded our expectations! We will recommend you to anyone who asks. Thanks

The technician did as I ask to test the system but I did not feel like he did much troubleshooting on his own to fix the problem. He was polite and courteous. I think he wanted to push selling a new garage door opener, no choice of type or brand. He had to replace not only the opener but the rail system also. The remote controls sold separately and door control button inside garage had to be replaced. He did not offer to leave the old system behind in the garage but I did not think to ask him to. I thought the cost was excessive. I would not recommend this company to others.

Excellent customer service! I called asking for an appointment for a broken garage door spring and the person that answered was extremely helpful and then Anthony came to install the new springs and he knowledgeable, professional, courteous and knew exactly what to do and did it quickly. From the call to the finished repair it was less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Precision if you need anything repairs done

Precision had been recommended about three years ago by my son. And they came and installed a new motor and cable for me last night when I closed my garage door I heard a loud crack, but everything looked fine but this morning the garage door would not open Precision came within 30 minutes of my phone call turns out I had broken springs. Matt gave me two estimates, and I opted for him to fix everything that was wearing out including the springs that were broken because I didn’t want to have to worry about anything else breaking in the near future and having a call back repair service. He replaced the springs bearing cable and some rollers on the door and it acts like a new door now! Now I have peace of mind knowing that it’s safe.

I’m so grateful that we called Precision. We originally called another competitor and we were told we would need a new door as the damage was not fixable. I called expecting to leave a message but the call was answered at 10pm and they came out the next day! Anthony with Precision came out and saved us thousands! He was able to repairs the damage and replace a few parts and our garage is good as new!!! Precision has earned our business and well as our friends and family who may need garage services!
