Zack was friendly and arrived within two hours of my call. I had backed into my garage door and one of the rollers came off the track. Zack fixed it quickly and made sure the springs had not been damaged. I will call Precision again if I need to.

Unfortunately our garage door developed structural issues out of nowhere on a Saturday afternoon. Thankfully Precision was able to send Malachi out within a couple of hours. He quickly fixed the structural problem but found our motor had also burned out (which we had suspicions when we had no electrical activity within the unit). Luckily he had everything needed with him and had the entire system repaired within about 90 minutes. It was more than we expected to spend that day, but the fast service and quality work made it worth it. Malachi was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with.

Service was fine and quick but way overpriced. Even with the $75 mailer coupon, $660 to replace 2 springs on the same door is ridiculous. Took less than an hour of work. Had the same work done in North Carolina 2 years ago and paid $200 less, and I thought that was expensive.

Tim Tomlinson was my technician and did a great job inspecting and explaining what was needed. He also explained how the door original sprin installation was done incorrectly which was why I was never able to manually open it. The springs are now properly installed and I can now open the door manually if I want. If I need any future garage door service, I will be calling Precision Door Service.

Great service. Called recently about a spring being broken. When the tech got here he looked it over and agreed with me. He also did a thorough inspection while he was here. He explained that my rollers were in need of replacement as well, and may contribute to a shorter life span of part. In a short time he was able to replace the spring, which he informed me was still under warranty for no charge. He replaced all of my rollers and greased all of the other moving parts. He was very customer oriented, and explained things very thoroughly. Thank you for a job well done.

I called Precision around 4:30 pm and told them I needed my garage wireless key pad fixed or replaced. The lady at the business offered to have a technician at my house between 6:pm and 10PM to give me a quote. The technician called me at 6:20pm and said he would be here in 15 minutes. He showed up within the 15 minutes asked me if I wanted it looked at to see if he could fix it or replaced. I went with a replacement . He stayed at that time and did the work. He was done within 30 minutes installing it and programming it. The service call, installation and programming was all at a very fair price.

Had the pleasure of working with Dmitri today. I woke up to the sound that nobody wants to hear, the chain on our garage door breaking.
