Megan came out to assess my garage door, noted that I live in a condo community, paid attention to the door colors of the other condos, and gave me very helpful information about my options and how to prepare for the new installation. Alex installed the door and did an excellent job. He was professional, efficient, and the finished door looks great. I’m very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

We recently had a new garage door system installed by Precision Garage Door and had an excellent experience from start to finish. From the first appointment to the final installation, the entire team was professional, communicative, and easy to work with. Megan, our sales representative, did a wonderful job explaining all of our garage door and opener options without any pressure or upselling. She helped us choose the right solution for our home and budget, answered all of our questions clearly, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Her communication and customer service really stood out. The garage door installer was also fantastic. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed correctly before leaving. He carefully explained how to use the new garage door opener system, the safety features, and maintenance recommendations. What impressed us most was how patient and friendly he was with my very inquisitive 7-year-old, happily answering every question along the way. I unfortunately can’t remember his name, but he absolutely deserves recognition for his professionalism and kindness. If you are looking for garage door installation, garage door opener replacement, or reliable garage door service, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. The quality of work, customer support, communication, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Precision replaced my opener 20 yrs ago and gave great service. This winter the door wouldn't close some times, so we wanted an insulated door. When I saw your 20% discount I decided it was time to renew. Alex came and did an excellent installation . He was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Everyone I worked with to purchase a new garage door and opener and a complete total new system with controls installed did an outstanding job. All of the old garage door and system parts were hauled away. On October 25, 2024 Alana Moran met with me and gave me a quote for the cost of the new garage door and opener, and eligible discounts in the cost to perform the installations. Alex Eliopoulos installed the garage door and opener on November 1, 2024 in about 3 1/2 hours, and cleaned up everything and hauled it away. Congratulations to Alana and Alex for the great job they did representing Precision Garage Door Service of Columbus in a courteous and professional way.

I called on a Tuesday, Dylan came to check it out and quote it, and he gave me great advice and insight. Alex came by Thursday morning and my garage system was installed before lunch!
