I’m happy with the work done on my garage door. The tech was very knowledgeable and informative on what needed done. He did a great job. I was however frustrated with the price. The tech installed probably $100 worth of parts at the price of $500. I fully understand nothing is free. I know the company had to make money on the job that was done. But $396 for a spring that cost around $50? That’s excessive. I should have at least gotten 2 springs for the price I paid.The first quote I got was $1800. I should have gotten a whole new garage door for that price.

Jake came out on the evening of 3-13 to look at the garage door. He gave us a price on getting the old door open that evening. After speaking to the office he gave us a price on a new door and install for the next morning. We choose this option. Jake was very professional and pleasant. We appreciated that he was able to come that evening and was able to offer solutions that could be preformed that quickly. Lake came the next morning. He too was very professional and pleasant. He took out the old door and installed the new one very fast. He explained everything he did, left us a can of spray for the door, told us to call the office if we have any questions at all. I also spoke to 2 people from your company on the phone before making the first appointment. Both were very nice and helpful. To us this is what customer service should be. They have been to my home 2 times within the last 4 months it has cost me over 4k. Warranties right! They find and sell you things that do not need fixed. They scam and you feel stuck to fix! Would not recommend.

I reached out to Precision when my garage door would not open and need of repair. I was immediately impressed with the option to set up a same-day appointment, but opted for the next day. Jacob (Bennet) arrived promptly at the start of my appointment window and was extremely personable and professional as he educated me on what needed repair, why, and what could help with the longevity of my garage door functioning. Jacob was amazing! I would highly recommend him and Precision! 10/10

Joe McCormish, the opener installer, did a great job. I was given a 4 hour window and he was here 15 minutes after the window started. Joe was friendly, courteous and discussed my options in detail. He installed 2 openers in 2 and a half hours. I was grateful that he was available to do the work today. I would highly recommend Precision to others.

I contacted them because the wall bottom for my garage door wasn’t working. I was surprisingly told that there would be no service charge for them coming to check it out. The technician checked it out and concluded that it might be a bigger, more expensive problem than just the wall switch. I decided to just use my other remote for the time being. And just as promised, no charge for the call. Much appreciated!

Cameron was great to work with! He repaired the weather stripping at the base of my garage door very efficiently. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. He also made some other tweaks to my garage door to give a better seal without me even asking! Very professional, and I would absolutely recommend Precision/Cameron to anyone I know who needs help with their garage door!

Price for repair was over inflated and they price adjusted down after complaining to the tech and then got a reasonable price after threatening to use another company. Door only worked a couple times. Had to call and they sent a different tech out to fix it properly.

I chose your company due to a flyer I received in the mail and your website. I kept them in mind until I actually needed your service. I was given an appointment for the following day and your technician, Tom, arrived on time. He was very courteous and helpful in diagnosing the problem and was able to install a new device the same day. He was very professional and likeable. Walker was awesome! He came out the morning after I requested the service and worked a half day in the cold without complaint. I appreciate that he took the time to share all of the price points with me, giving me the opportunity to choose what to fix now and what could wait. He was thorough, honest and skilled. Although it's never good news to have a home repair around the holidays, Precision made this experience well worth the expense!

Thank you to your whole team who provided prompt and friendly service the same day I called. David Morgan arrived sooner than expected. He went above + beyond to listen to my concerns, thoroughly diagnose the problems and explain in a way I could understand. He walked me through step- by -step and answered all my questions in a very helpful manner. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly he was. We have a very heavy door that the existing motor/opener was not able to support. It was metal grating on metal. David installed a new heavy-duty opener that is so whisper-quiet, I love it!!
