It was an emergency situation. The garage door had come off of its tracks and it was midday going into a holiday holiday Precision responded to my urgent need and had a repair technician on site within two hours problem resolved I couldn’t be happier with their service and the gentleman who took care of the problem.

Very quick to respond! I reached out and got an appointment the same day. The technician (Matt Eberly) was very knowledgeable, professional, and was not trying to sell anything to me. He pointed out things that were still in good shape and did not have to be replaced. He also replaced some parts on the doors and the openers.

The cost of an opener is less than 500 but you charged me 1800 for the opener and installation. That is a rip off at every level and in hindsight I should have bought one on line and paid someone to install and could have saved a ton of money. My fault for not doing my homework but I really thought prices had gone up that much. Turns out you just overcharged and I hope you lose lots of business from this dishonest practice.

Our garage door cable came off the pully during the holidays.. we closed it and waited.... a couple weeks later.. looked on the internet and came across Percision. We liked that there is no extra charge for day, night, weekends! We made an appointment online... The technician was running late... but made up for it with his great personality and his ability to get the garage door back on track. We had our garage door springs and related hardware replaced after our old spring broke. From the initial call to schedule an appointment all the way through the repair being completed, everything about my experience was very professional, friendly, and easy. Precision Garage Door went above and beyond to replace our very old and broken garage door. They were speedy to give us a quote, then sent a repairman to take care of taking down and disposing of the old door and then install a new door. It was a tedious job and was done with skill and care. The new door looks great, opens easily, and adds value to our garage. Thank you for all you did to help us out!
