I used precision at a previous property was very happy with them. Today was for another property. Tim was nice, polite and extremely informative. He took his time explaining everything to me. They arrived within approximately one hour after I called for repairs. He had all of the parts to replace the spring and to do additional work on worn out parts. He took the time and looked at another “commercial “ door I have on my barn. Lubed the moving parts and explained to me additional things about that particular door. Fantastic experience with this company both times.

I would never recommend your company to my neighbors, your tech never even looked at my garage door he just went into sales mode and wanted to sell me a $980.00 opener. He took my $50.00 and ran would like a refund, your customer service told there was no service charge another lie.

I had many issues with my garage door. Derek arrived at 12:30pm and didn't leave till 6:00pm. He diagnosed all the problems, gave different options as to how to move forward.
