Scheduled my appointment late the night before online without any issue. Tim came out at the beginning of my appointment window and did a thorough evaluation of the issue and presented the different options that could help solve my issue. I chose to replace the opener, spring, and pulleys. He did a great job installing the new equipment quite quickly and I’m super impressed with the work. The 7 year warranty is a nice cherry on top.

Appointment was easy to scheduled. Technician arrived on time. After looking at our garage door and evaluating problem. He explained the materials needed for the repair he then gave us the estimate. We made an appointment and a technician was able to come out within a day. Tim was incredibly helpful!! He gave an in-depth explanation of what was causing the problem, where the fixes could be made, and options on solutions to those problems. He installed the new system on the same day and gave a detailed walk through of everything afterwards. Everything was very quick and efficient. I’m a repeat customer. Last year, we had our garage door opener replaced along with updating other moving parts. This year I moved and couldn’t believe the noise coming from my garage door opener! Tim came out, inspected the outdated, on-it’s-last-legs equipment, and gave me estimates on two ways to modernize the door opening system depending on my budget. We have used Precision for years and they never fail to impress us. Tim was no exception. Our garage door spring broke early Sunday morning on the coldest day of the season. We called Precision not knowing if it were even possible to get someone out that day and within a couple hours ( exactly as promised) Tim arrived to fix the entire problem.
