I needed a spring replaced on my garage door. I called in the work order and was surprised to get a live person to talk to which is reassuring to begin with. Service tech Tim came to do the job. He was clear and concise about pricing, upgrades to the better springs. He was speedy and the job went well. I highly recommend Precision to my friends.

I called Precision Garage Door this morning, and by 10:30 A.M. my garage door was back to running smoothly. Tim Tomlinson was polite and friendly, and explained to me exactly what had been the problem as he fixed it in seconds. I hope to not have any more issues with it, but if my garage dooe acts up again, I will know to contact Precision Garage Door!

Had issues when I tried to open the garage door yesterday. First of all let me say that it was nice to actually have a person answer the phone when I called. I was able to schedule service for the next day and Tim was on time and very courteous. My garage door & opener are 25 years old. Tim did a safety inspection of the door and lubricated the moving parts which should get me through the winter. I'll be calling Precision to replace everything in the spring.

Tim was incredibly prompt and professional right from the get-go and did an excellent job and being clear and concise about pricing, offers, and services. He added reinforcements to my door as well as installed a new spring after the prior one broke last night. Service tech was very nice and helpful corrected my problem and told me of some of your other products such as door openers and garage doors. Will investigate in the spring regarding a new garage door. I would recommend Precision to my friends and/or the app Next Door that I use when people are looking for help.

It’s never convenient when your garage door won’t open and you can not get your cars out! I called Precision on Sunday morning and they sent a technician later that day. No extra charge for a Sunday call due to our location. That’s a huge plus! Tim Jr. came out and installed new springs and new garage door opener…. made our garage door like new. He is who I want in our home for this service. Tim is polite and worked hard until the job was done! He treated us like family. Thank you for the service you provide. We are very satisfied.

Tim did a great job, my 3 garage doors and Liftmasters were well past the 20+ year mark and were in need of replacement. Tim did all 3 in one day and set all my remotes to work before he left. He also cleaned up everything so when he left it was spotless. A real gentleman. I would 100% recommend Precision.

My 16 foot door was a disaster and needed a tune up and a lot of work. I am not going to lie. The cost was insane. It would have actually been cheaper to buy a new door and install. But I didn't have time for that. The reason I am giving 5 stars is that this company delivers. They show up when you need them to. They are available all of the time. And they provide great customer service. The best part of the experience was my tech Tim T. Tim is a great guy. I spent the whole 2 days talking to Tim about his family, sports, and career. The world would be a better place with more people like Tim.

Tim Jr. Was prompt, personable and friendly. He explained my options and answered my questions thoroughly. On-site 1 hour. The online booking process was very convenient since the failure happened late at night Second time Precision replaced a broken spring. Last time was 19 years ago. Comparative price was reasonable. Highly recommend them for service and repairs.

I woke up this morning to a nightmare when my garage door could not close due to an issue I had driving out of the garage. Tim showed up earlier than expected which was great. He was very courteous and very efficient. He put in whole new racks, roller and spring. My garage door has never been this quiet in all the time I've lived here! Within 4 hours, my door was working and I was able to continue with my day. I would recommend this service to everyone!

Tim Tomlinson was just out here as I kept having a wheel pop off the track and the door would not shut. He quickly assessed the issues replaced the wheel and made sure all was running perfectly before he left. He was super polite and very respectful of our home. And gave me some pointers to look out for so we don’t have issues in the future or to catch things before they become issues. Super insightful. I see why Precision Door Service gets 5 ?? From our initial call on a Saturday evening to the completion of work Sunday afternoon, everyone we spoke with was kind and professional. We were given what every customer desires, “a predictable journey”! I’d like to give a special thank you to Tim Jr., who went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done and every safety component was working correctly. He was aware of our household having two young children and I feel he took extra steps to make sure there was no doubt as to the safety of our door operation. That means a lot! It is worth noting that the pricing was higher than I had anticipated for the work performed, but the customer service received, and the confidence in our technician more than made up for the difference in what I had anticipated in cost. Hello, I cannot remember why I called Precision over 5 - 10 years ago, but I have used them 5 or 6 times for various problems since then. They have always come quickly (my calls always seemed urgent), this last time they were able to fix the door, text me a picture, while I had to be away. Perhaps more importantly, their pricing has always been fair and the people, from the office to the repair personnel, always pleasant and willing to take time to explain. I appreciate all of this.
