Relaxing at home when I heard a loud pop. The garage door spring exploded. Called Precision Door company around 2 ….it’s 4:00 now and my overhead door is repaired. Awesome service awesome technician. What a wonderful experience. Thanks again for being a Great Company. We will use you again!

After booking my appointment with Precision, I received a confirmation saying who my technician wound be, with his picture and when he should arrive. He came between the time line they told me. Mike assessed the problem and took his time explaining everything to me. He had the patience to go through all the options with me, and then he went through everything again after the job was completed. Mike was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable.

They were here within 2 hours, they did a fantastic job in less than a couple hours. They replaced new drums, cables, and bearings. The technician B Bryant did a great job. I would give them 6 stars if possible.

We have a Precision’s Door instal our unit a few years age. Today I called in very cold weather when I could get my door to stay shut with the remote. I appreciated the quick response and the friendly service tech. He adjusted my door in a few minutes and left with no charge. I would recommend Precision Door if you need a new system. They are response to your needs.

Angel was helpful over the phone and very courteous. She arranged a quick response and had Mike here in 2 hours. He explained the problem and replaced the genie door opener with a new universal keypad. No Charge. Mike was polite and answered all our questions. We are extremely pleased with this company.

Very expensive and absolutely thieves. Big time over charged me, when I called they said the door remote was 60 dollars but they charged me 180 per remote, pulse 250 for outside keypad. I absolutely don’t recommend this company to anyone. STAY AWAY

The service I received was excellent. Mike McCllelan was the technician and very knowlegeable and efficient. I was a little surprised at the price but my old unit was 25 years old, so that's how it is. But good service in a very timely manner. The problem presented at about 5:00 pm and Mike was all finished before 7:30 pm. Can't beat that!
