David was outstanding. My garage door sensors decided to stop working just as I was leaving for an appointment. He called to let me know he would arrive within 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem sensors quickly and did a quick overall check of the garage door. Our opener died yesterday morning. It's Saturday, it's cold, and the snow storm was predicted for today. I called a couple places but couldn't get an appointment until who knows when. I called your company and the lady said someone would be here between 12 and 4. I was thrilled! Dillon called on his way. He did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt so bad for him having to work, without gloves, as cold as it was. The door is opening and closing seamlessly. We had used a different company for 37 years, but couldn't be happier with Precision. Thank you!

Between the super friendly lady that I spoke to on the phone (sorry that I forgot your name), to Dylan, the amazing technician that set my mind at ease, this company is top notch in every way. One of my torsion springs went bad and I actually called another company the night before. I did not have a good feeling with them right off the bat. The tech indicated that he had to remove the springs to get the sizing before he could give me a price. This should have been a red flag to me, but I let him proceed. After being quoted ridiculous pricing, and the tech dropping both springs from the shaft to the ground, I called Precision Garage Door of Columbus on the spot. The woman who took my call was kind, clear, and sympathetic to my situation. Within an hour, Dylan was at my home reviewing the work with me. Because of these two individuals, I immediately found trust and comfort in who I had hired. Dylan was very clear in his description of the work, and also stated that he would be replacing the shaft and additional parts to ensure that the garage door was completely safe for my family and I to be around. I was provided very fair pricing that was significantly less than what I was quoted with the first company. Dylan had the work completed in one hour, was polite, sympathetic to our situation, and very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions about the springs and proper maintenance. Precision won my business today, and for all future needs. Thank you for being a professional, courteous, trustworthy company. Our garage door opener quit working after partway closing the garage door. We had previously had Precision change our system from 2 springs to 4 springs and replace the rollers when one of the springs broke and were very happy with the work they did. I called to see when they could come out this time and was pleasantly surprised that it would be the same afternoon! Tom contacted us to let us know he was on the way and showed up within an hour or two after I had called to make the appointment. He provided a couple of options for the replacement of our 16-year old garage door opener and completed the work within a couple of hours. We couldn’t be more pleased with the friendly, quick response time, and courteous and professional work!

This is my second use of services from Precision Garage Doors. The first was about 12 years ago at a prior residence to replace a broken spring on a garage door. The work was done promptly and professionally. The second service being at our newer residence to replace the entire garage door rod and spring assembly. The company dispatched a technician, Jake Jones, who arrived in two hours. He disclosed various options to replace the ten year old rod and spring mechanism installed by the condo builder that had failed. Jake then installed the new rod and spring mechanism option we chose in two hours. A great job. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and will use them in the future. Our condo has two single garage doors. If/when the other garage door door has issues so should

Explain the cost and said which of the items needed done right then and that there were two that could wait iuntil later if I couldn’t do it all at once. We agreed to do all the changes at one time.
