The person who installed my garage door was professional and did a good job installing the new opener. The poor rating is due to very poor response from the billing/accounting department. I have tried 3 times (twice via email and once via phone) since the work was done to obtain a receipt for the work done. I paid $929.00 at the time the service. No one is available at this time to speak to me so the dispatcher took a message for someone to call me. I don't have a high confidence level that I will receive a return call. I will not recommend your company in the future.

David Morgan was outstanding...very affable and knowledgeable. We needed new rails and belt drive for both of our openers due to wear and tear. He did excellent work and reset the timing etc. I highly recommend him for anyone needing work on their doors!!!

I will only deal with Precision Garage Door. I just purchased a new garage door and with the help of Alana found just what I wanted. She was professional and knowledgeable, gave me 3 options and helped me pick the best one for me. She was very kind an my new friend. Before purchasing my new door I had 1 other service call on my old door and it was fixed right away and the guys were very professional and courteous. I also had a service call at my parents house who had just passed away and the guys were so nice to me and got me fixed right up. I can't say enough about good things about this company. Would highly recommend!!

We had Precision out here about 5 years ago and they did significant work and got our garage door working well. But we have being having issues with the door closing for the past month or so and had them out again. It just so happens it was the same person from 5 years ago - Tim. That says a lot, knowing that the same person is still with Precision. Tim was great and it only took him about 1-2 minutes to fix the problem and there was no charge. Precision has come out quickly each time and taken care of the problem. I would recommend them to others.

He was super friendly and after checking it out explained what the problem was and gave me a estimate , which seemed like a fair price to me considering everything needed to be replaced except the door and tract. Our garage door (two-car and pretty heavy) was in need of repair due to a broken spring. This occurred on Sunday morning, July 6. Having had excellent prior experience with Precision Garage Door at a previous residence, we called and arranged a repair visit for that same day. The technicians arrived within the specified arrival window (between 10: am and noon) and did an excellent job of making the repair and providing recommendations after inspecting all of the garage door components.
