Thank you for the new garage door and all that went with it. I am very pleased. Very nice to meet Adam S. He was great. He answered my questions and helped me program my door. He programed my car to the door. Adam was fun to deal with, also. Very nice person. We even had a Colorado connection! He is a wonderful person to deal with. Thank you, Adam, and Precision! Precision Overhead Garage Door did NOT disappoint! I experienced excellent customer service and highly skilled installation of my garage doors! The representative came out to my house the next day after visiting the website to give me an estimate. Megan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to give me an estimate within 30 minutes of being at my house. She scheduled installation for the following week. Jeff (the installer) gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to getting to my house. He did an excellent job installing my garage doors, was very friendly, and reviewed how to use the openers upon finishing the job. I cannot recommend this company enough! I had been through two other garage door companies that either sent out unprofessional representatives, or never even called me back. Precision will provide excellent service!

We originally contacted Precision Door because our neighbor recommended you. After submitting a form online, we were contacted promptly to schedule an in-person consultation. Our door designer, Megan, helped us select a new garage door. From the moment she arrived, she listened to our needs, and was quick to direct us to a door that fit both our requests and our budget. She was friendly, helpful, and did everything she could to help us find the right garage doors. We're now awaiting the install of our new doors.

Precision Door has the best customer service PERIOD! Megan was here the next day after I called to give me my estimate. She was kind, professional and understood the importance of replacing my door ASAP! I received the quote on Tuesday and has my installation on Thursday! Very impressed and thankful to all they did!!
