Cameron came out and diagnosed the issues quickly, did a great job explaining what was wrong and how to fix it, reviewed the quote and then got to work. Bought a garage door "kit" from a big box store. It was good for about six months before the trash mechanical parts, spring, bar, rollers, cables went to hell. Door tech mechanic, installer, or what ever his job title is Malachi came out and replaced the trash parts with a proper sized spring for the door and to replace the upper workings of the door. Can't be happier, works as it should and should last for many years to come. Request this young fella as Malachi is a top notch worker and employee!

Precision did a great job! They allowed me to look at colors of doors in their warehouse so I was sure the color was going to match. Megan came out and gave me an estimate on a new door, opener and all the hardware that goes with it. The next day, Joe had my door installed! He showed and talked me through everything he was doing and why. He explained how and when to use lubricant on the rail and springs. He was super quick with the tear down and reinstall. Precision Overhead Garage Door did NOT disappoint! I experienced excellent customer service and highly skilled installation of my garage doors! The representative came out to my house the next day after visiting the website to give me an estimate. Megan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to give me an estimate within 30 minutes of being at my house. She scheduled installation for the following week. Jeff (the installer) gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to getting to my house. He did an excellent job installing my garage doors, was very friendly, and reviewed how to use the openers upon finishing the job. I cannot recommend this company enough! I had been through two other garage door companies that either sent out unprofessional representatives, or never even called me back. Precision will provide excellent service!
