We have used Precision in the past.Always found the service person to be professional and knowledgeable. Zach was the person who came this time and as it became evident we had to have new door opener; he explained why and told us exactly how to operate new wall mounted control and made sure we were satisfied with equipment and work done.We really appreciated the fact that he sent a photo ID and text when he was close to arriving.

My garage was broken and wouldn't lift the door. Brad came and found the problems. He gave me updates and what all needed to be replaced. He worked very hard to get it fixed. I would use Precision Garage again.

After booking my appointment with Precision, I received a confirmation saying who my technician wound be, with his picture and when he should arrive. He came between the time line they told me. Mike assessed the problem and took his time explaining everything to me. He had the patience to go through all the options with me, and then he went through everything again after the job was completed. Mike was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Talk about quick response - a technician was at my house an hour after I called. Joe was great. Professional, informative and congenial. He detailed the cost upfront, and solved my issue immediately. He certainly exceeded expectations. And actually name recognition came from the commercials on television, along with seeing your trucks in my area quite often. Cameron is awesome! He explained everything thoroughly and provided us many choices and solutions to fix the issues with the garage door. He kept us updated with the progress of the installation. Once completed, Cameron took the time to make sure we knew how to work the new garage door opener and showed us all the parts that were replaced. Great service and install. My main problem is with pricing. The price is quite high and all components seem to have labor and warranty built into the price. Additionally, the installer was not very transparent about this and either didn't know or was trying to hide it. A quick Google of these actual part prices show they were charging more than 5x the actual cost of the part. I know you're running a business and I certainly expect some mark-up, but that seems excessive. I would have preferred a more itemized price breakdown where the labor and warranty dollar amounts are clear. That being said they did use quality components and the warranty is nice to have.

This company repaired the track to my garage door. They arrived on time, were good at communicating, serviced the garage door and even tightened the light bulb to the opener. Overall, I was impressed with their work and would gladly hire them again.

We have used these wonderful people three times over the years. Every time they have been wonderful. Friday I got home at 3:30. Garage door would not open. Went through the house to the garage. Chain was off the track. There is a Precision sticker on our garage wall. Called them and told them what was going on. Joe was at our home before 4:30. Check everything out. Show and told us what was going on with it. Opener needed replace. Gave us all the options they offered. New opener was up and running before 7:30. He even help me program our car and truck. Another wonderful experience with this company.

I called Percision out just to look over everything and ensure that nothing was wrong since it’s been many years. Jacob was through and very nice. He wasn’t pressing us to do any of the work that he recommended even though the entire mechanical system was 20 years old.

Cameron was phenomenal. Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly determined the problem of our malfunctioning garage door opener. Unfortunately, it was not able to be repaired however, he quickly and effortlessly installed a new one on the same trip. Definitely would recommend Cameron to anyone!
