I wish I could give Joshua Walker of Precision 10 Stars! He went above and beyond great customer service fixing the broken bracket on my garage door and installing me a better quality garage door opener key pad. Excellent service with great quality replacement parts. I highly recommend Precision, especially Joshua, and would use them again in a heartbeat. Very happy!!

My initial call for repair was very good. I did not have to jump though a lot of hoops to talk with someone. They were exceptionally nice and scheduled my appointment for the very next morning. Tom, the service associate, was right on time, very nice and explained everything about the door and what needed repaired. I asked him to check the entire door (which he said he was going to do as part of the service). This is the original door when the house was built (17 years) and he once again explained and showed me what normally wears out and needs lubricated. We agreed on some additional repairs, and he had everything on the truck. I was very impressed. Thanks

Patrick was extremely professional, patient and courteous the whole time he was assessing and repairing the garage.
