Beware questionable business practices,asked for an estimate tech said he needed to see the door first,it had broke the spring and one of the cables on the front side,the tech took the left hand side apart of course so when he gave me his ridiculous estimate eventually I would feel compelled to allow it,he gave me a $2330.00 estimate to not only replace the spring and cables but all kinds of parts for the door ,plus an additional future rebalancing of tge door at a later date,unbelievable, I told him to just replace the spring and the two cables ,he was upset and angry but did the work and charged me $584.00 to do the spring and cables,he has obviously been trained to up sell and charge people ridiculous money for things they dont need,I obviously will never use this company again and highly recommend you dont either.

The repair technician was very patient and explained all of my options. He assessed the overall health of the garage door and the mechanics. He provided me with a list of items he recommended and explained the urgent items versus items that could be taken care of down the road. I felt he had my best interest in mind and performed the work same day. Overall great experience and I am happy with the work.

Called around 0900 for service Technician was onsite by 1200 Very thorough inspection Tech advised what had failed and needed replaced also advised other items that could be addressed Tech was very professional and polite Door was repaired and serviced in about 1.5 hours I did feel the replacement parts were a little pricey but I also understand that things cost money and the labor rates must be in the cost. All in all I am pleased with the service

2nd time we've used Precision and will keep coming back. Our first repair was to repkace spring and install new wheels. This visit we needed a new opener system since the old one would open and close on its own on occasion due to a fried circuit board (no joke), kind of scary especially when you arrive home and your home has been open for an unknown amount of time. This opener is a marked improvement over the old one, it's quiet, wi-fi controlled and has a good warranty. It also helps that we had the same service professional. I know its a business but Tom is just an all around good dude, honest and kind. Keep up the great work Precision!

The mechanic was extremely helpful! Went above and beyond to provide me with some much needed information. Was upfront and honest about everything. I never felt like I was being scammed though I do feel like the price was high. Was considering giving 4 stars for that reason but the mechanic deserves 5.

Megan and Joe were great. Our garage door broke, and Megan came out for an estimate within 24 hours, was great with my kids, very knowledgeable and personable. Their team had excellent communication, and we had our new door installed within the week. Would highly recommend!

We had Precision install our garage door a couple years ago. We followed up with the annual tune up this year. Matt, our technician checked to door and opener for any issues. He put roller lube on the rollers, checked the open several times and advised we were in good shape. Precision and their technicians are professionals and we highly recommend them if you are looking to replace or repair.

Technician was very friendly and service was scheduled same day and arrived within the quoted window. Repair was done timely and feels like a high quality repair. Only 3 stars because proving seemed extraordinarily high. Maybe i was upsold more than what was necessary, but what i thought was a basic repair was very expensive. Maybe get a couple quotes if you are able to wait for the repair, but i needed mine resolved so i did not have that luxury.

This is the second time I’ve used them, first to replace the mechanism to belt driven- so much quieter and this time due to floor not level and had a gap that mice - moles and snow and water would come in so he put all new buttom piece on . So much better .
