2nd time we've used Precision and will keep coming back. Our first repair was to repkace spring and install new wheels. This visit we needed a new opener system since the old one would open and close on its own on occasion due to a fried circuit board (no joke), kind of scary especially when you arrive home and your home has been open for an unknown amount of time. This opener is a marked improvement over the old one, it's quiet, wi-fi controlled and has a good warranty. It also helps that we had the same service professional. I know its a business but Tom is just an all around good dude, honest and kind. Keep up the great work Precision!

The mechanic was extremely helpful! Went above and beyond to provide me with some much needed information. Was upfront and honest about everything. I never felt like I was being scammed though I do feel like the price was high. Was considering giving 4 stars for that reason but the mechanic deserves 5.

This is the second time I’ve used them, first to replace the mechanism to belt driven- so much quieter and this time due to floor not level and had a gap that mice - moles and snow and water would come in so he put all new buttom piece on . So much better .

Was not impressed with the service. He was here about 5 minutes. Looked at the wiring to the sensor and then wanting to sell me a new garage door opener. Not impressed at all with the service.

I had an issue with my door not closing. I called, they scheduled an appointment for me that day. The technician, Walker, called me shortly after my initial call to let me know he was coming. Walker came out, explained clearly what was causing my door not to function correctly, and explained to me a couple of options to correct the concern. I chose to have the repairs done, and Walker quickly completed the job.

Matt Eberly was our technician and was very professional and assessed our garage doors and made sound recommendations for repairs. He provided a quote prior to making the repairs and checked all his work to make sure everything was in good working order when he finished. Very pleasant man and excellent customer service. I replaced my old overhead door opener with a side opener. I could not believe the difference. It is so quiet you have to listen to hear it. Derek done me an excellent job by balancing my door replacing my rollers and programming my remotes. I would recommend precision door company and Derek the technician to anyone. If you have anything wrong with your garage door call precision.

Amazing customer service!! Dave was my technician and got to my residence extremely quick. Fixed my garage door in about 30-40 minutes. (I hit it with my car on accident and did quite some damage). Super kind, quick and great work! I will only use this company going forward!
