Have used Precision for several years and always very satisfied with the work. Walker was very helpful in explaining the difference between the Torquemaster spring system I had and the spring system that I was used to. He also pointed out that the door opener was underweight, which I had suspected Did a great job installing a new spring system and door opener. It works perfectly now. Thank you!

We have used Precision Garage Door several times. Each time they have come out on the same day we requested the service and quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. We have been very satisfied with the service and prices. Today we called them because our garage door was coming down but it would immediately go back up after hitting the ground. Precision Garage Door was here within a few hours of calling. They quickly corrected the problem. We were very pleased when they did not charge us for the visit because they said that the opener was still under warranty. They had installed this opener a few short years ago.

I have no problem with the work performed and the valuable information behind it all. However, after the work was performed and paid for, the very next day I get an email from you with a $75 off coupon that could've been used on this job or at least it would've been nice had that been on your website. Not sure why I received the coupon after I paid with no coupon/discount applied, which would've been nice and probably keep me as customer. Considering there's other work I may have to get done, and I've used you plenty in the past, in the future I may have to consider looking at other vendors now.

The technician did as I ask to test the system but I did not feel like he did much troubleshooting on his own to fix the problem. He was polite and courteous. I think he wanted to push selling a new garage door opener, no choice of type or brand. He had to replace not only the opener but the rail system also. The remote controls sold separately and door control button inside garage had to be replaced. He did not offer to leave the old system behind in the garage but I did not think to ask him to. I thought the cost was excessive. I would not recommend this company to others.

This company did an excellent job two and a half years ago installing our new quiet door lift, and when we had some problems recently, they responded immediately. Service was fine and quick but way overpriced. Even with the $75 mailer coupon, $660 to replace 2 springs on the same door is ridiculous. Took less than an hour of work. Had the same work done in North Carolina 2 years ago and paid $200 less, and I thought that was expensive.

I called the Precision this morning and I explained my garage door needed to be repaired as soon as possible since my garage would not open not allowing me to pull my vehicle out. They were able to get me an appointment with the times I was available. Walker my technician called me to let me know he was on his way and text me to let me know he was caught in traffic and would be 5 minutes later. Walker came in did an inspection with everything that he recommended to be repaired. He then went and wrote up the cost of everything and gave me my options of what needed to be done and explained everything. He was very precise and explained why this may have happened to my garage. I decided to go with all the recommendations and I was happy there was a warranty. I would highly recommend using Precision for all your garage repairs. The staff I dealt with was very professional and helpful.

Walker was awesome! He came out the morning after I requested the service and worked a half day in the cold without complaint. I appreciate that he took the time to share all of the price points with me, giving me the opportunity to choose what to fix now and what could wait. He was thorough, honest and skilled. Although it's never good news to have a home repair around the holidays, Precision made this experience well worth the expense!
