I have no problem with the work performed and the valuable information behind it all. However, after the work was performed and paid for, the very next day I get an email from you with a $75 off coupon that could've been used on this job or at least it would've been nice had that been on your website. Not sure why I received the coupon after I paid with no coupon/discount applied, which would've been nice and probably keep me as customer. Considering there's other work I may have to get done, and I've used you plenty in the past, in the future I may have to consider looking at other vendors now.

The technician did as I ask to test the system but I did not feel like he did much troubleshooting on his own to fix the problem. He was polite and courteous. I think he wanted to push selling a new garage door opener, no choice of type or brand. He had to replace not only the opener but the rail system also. The remote controls sold separately and door control button inside garage had to be replaced. He did not offer to leave the old system behind in the garage but I did not think to ask him to. I thought the cost was excessive. I would not recommend this company to others.

I called the Precision this morning and I explained my garage door needed to be repaired as soon as possible since my garage would not open not allowing me to pull my vehicle out. They were able to get me an appointment with the times I was available. Walker my technician called me to let me know he was on his way and text me to let me know he was caught in traffic and would be 5 minutes later. Walker came in did an inspection with everything that he recommended to be repaired. He then went and wrote up the cost of everything and gave me my options of what needed to be done and explained everything. He was very precise and explained why this may have happened to my garage. I decided to go with all the recommendations and I was happy there was a warranty. I would highly recommend using Precision for all your garage repairs. The staff I dealt with was very professional and helpful.

I had Precision Garage Door install two new openers for me in December of 2022. The technician (Walker) suggested the belt drive units. They are fantastic... smooth operation and quiet. Today (8/12/25) I called about one of the openers making a noise. I was told that a technician would be at my home later in the same day. Fantastic! Walker showed up before the end of the scheduled time frame. He listened to it cycle one time and said "I know what that is". It was a bearing in the track. Walker was right on the money. He had the part on his van and had it replaced and working like new in just a few minutes. And the part and labor was covered by warranty.
