Repaired the same day we called. Issue was identified and solved within hours. Technician replaced garage door opener in a timely manner. He was friendly, polite and professional. Saw your advertisements on TV and was confirmed with Facebook recommendations. Would recommend to others.

Our technician, David was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem right away, the springs and explained how and why it happened. While it was not great craftsmanship from the previous installers he was upfront about pricing and what needed to be done. We went with the powder coated springs because we do use our garage door a good amount. I thought he was a great guy who did a stand up job!!

From the time I made the. Call to the time they was done was very impressive. I call them at 10 and they scheduled it the same day at 2 to 6 Matt called me about 330 and said he was going to be there in 40 mins. When he arrived he was great explained everything step by step and got the door working In the same day I would recommend them to any one. Have not recy customer service that good for a long time . Want to thank everyone I spoke with and Matt is a valuable asset to your team. Thank you again

Service date 9.26.23 my tech was David Crowe. He was very friendly and had great customer service! I felt he really took care of my door issue. I was just impressed with the company service over all. I was not expecting to get a warranty on my repair, but I ended up with a 7 year warranty! Well done!

Walker was very professional and informative I ask him several questions and he answered them and explained to me how they worked. Didn't plan on spending a whole lot of money but he pointed out things that were on their their last legs and probably wouldn't last much longer. I am in charge of all the house repairs since my spouse isn't able too anymore so I elected to have them fixed before they broke and with the 5 year warranty I don't need to worry about them. Would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

I left something under our door and ended with cables and a roller coming off, I called Percision on a Saturday afternoon and they set up appointment for the next day! The repair guy (Joe) called and arrived a few minutes early,looked at the job and explained everything and did the repairs. I would recommend them to repair should we have any more issues!
