Precision made getting a new garage door easy. Their price was best, but most important our sales person, Alanna, and the installer, Lashad Lake, were both very professional. All explained and no surprises. Lashad was friendly, on time, cleaned up, and did excellent work. We had a great experience and the new door is beautiful.

This was a follow up visit after a garage door installation in early 2022. The technician made an adjustment to the weather stripping at the base of the garage door. The technician was courteous and professional!

I left something under our door and ended with cables and a roller coming off, I called Percision on a Saturday afternoon and they set up appointment for the next day! The repair guy (Joe) called and arrived a few minutes early,looked at the job and explained everything and did the repairs. I would recommend them to repair should we have any more issues! Walker was very professional and informative I ask him several questions and he answered them and explained to me how they worked. Didn't plan on spending a whole lot of money but he pointed out things that were on their their last legs and probably wouldn't last much longer. I am in charge of all the house repairs since my spouse isn't able too anymore so I elected to have them fixed before they broke and with the 5 year warranty I don't need to worry about them. Would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.
