Knew the spring was broken. Imani did a thorough inspection and found several things that could be improved. Opted for the recommended repairs including an new belt drive opener. She knows her stuff! Door is so quiet and operating extremely well! Highly recommend!

We had our new garage door system installed 3 years ago. Just recently, we had issues with one of the doors opening sometime during the night. We’d wake up to find a door open, which put our cars and possessions in the garage at risk. I called the office for help and we had a repairman visit later in the day! Our issue required one more visit from a repairman to resolve ultimately, but we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Speedy reply and pleasant, skilled repairmen to help us. Plus, their visits were part of our original installation so we incurred no additional costs for their visits. What a pleasant surprise! So happy we found Precision Garage Doors a few years ago. We couldn’t be happier!!

Our technician, David was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem right away, the springs and explained how and why it happened. While it was not great craftsmanship from the previous installers he was upfront about pricing and what needed to be done. We went with the powder coated springs because we do use our garage door a good amount. I thought he was a great guy who did a stand up job!!

From the time I made the. Call to the time they was done was very impressive. I call them at 10 and they scheduled it the same day at 2 to 6 Matt called me about 330 and said he was going to be there in 40 mins. When he arrived he was great explained everything step by step and got the door working In the same day I would recommend them to any one. Have not recy customer service that good for a long time . Walker was very professional and informative I ask him several questions and he answered them and explained to me how they worked. Didn't plan on spending a whole lot of money but he pointed out things that were on their their last legs and probably wouldn't last much longer. I am in charge of all the house repairs since my spouse isn't able too anymore so I elected to have them fixed before they broke and with the 5 year warranty I don't need to worry about them. Would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.
