In a world where customer service and efficiency is seemingly diluted, Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations in these realms! I attempted to go through a family friend for my garage door repair, but after not hearing back for a day, I set up time with Precision on Monday 8/12 for Tues 8/31. Tom reached out promptly Tuesday morning with a courtesy call and to provide timeframe expectations. When he arrived, he got right to work with writing up an estimate for me, and then, subsequently, two additional estimates once I added on a secondary service and he noticed it may be advantageous to replace my entire door. Tom was thorough, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. As a single young woman, it's never comfortable having contractors out to your home when you aren't sure of their agendas, i.e. upselling unnecessary components of a job or product, but Tom was thorough in what I needed and why. Once I agreed to have my door replaced, he scheduled me the same day with an installer! The installer, I didn't get his name, was the same caliber of professional. Friendly, helpful, respectful, just really wonderful customer service. He got my door installed, but was unable to install the new motor/opener due to my electrical wiring intact- he thoroughly explained why he was unable to do so, and advised if someone could detach the wiring and cap it off, to give them a call back and they would return to install the motor/opener. He even called the office preemptively to ensure that the price I was quoted was locked in for 90 days. All in all, I am 12/10 pleased with the services rendered by these two gentlemen. The best home repair professionals I have had out to my home in four years (and there's been a lot- unfortunately). Thank you, Precision, for helping me swiftly and effectively when I was in a bind. I will be recommending Precision to friends and family!

Service Technician showed up at my house today on time. David Hejduk went above and beyond for me. He installed a new door opener and keypad. Also, programmed my car so I could get into my garage! Very professional and knowledgeable! Kept me informed during the entire process. Would definitely recommend him for any future projects. The entire company was so kind and helpful from the first phone call to the final installation. Kudos to Precision for hiring GREAT people!!

Excellent Service, called for service late Saturday and had appointment for mid morning on Sunday. Our tech (Tim) was great, he explained all issues from start to finish. He checked out door and found issues that needed repaired / replaced then gave us options to choose from. When we decided everything was done before he left. Because the garage door broke at a time when it was critical that I get it repaired quickly- after regular business hours, of course, in retrospect I probably paid more than I should have for some elements of the 'repair' materials. Unfortunate that I did not have the luxury of doing research into need/cost of repair materials/components.

Jason fixed my garage door that had a broken cable. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the problem and exactly what was needed to get my garage door working again. He went above and beyond by replacing some old screws to fortify the door. If I ever have any problems with the door in the future I will request Jason.

Our opener system was inspected and given a clean bill of health a few months ago by another vendor so I was surprised when there was a malfunction. Derek Mason conducted a thorough inspection and it became evident it was time for heavy but only necessary maintenance. New springs, cables, opener, etc. were in order. Trust the recomended system overhaul will provide many years of trouble free service. Thanks Derek Mason!

I cancel my appointment because I got the garage door to work, but ask if they can set me up for a remote for the garage, the lady on the phone said yes, so the tech comes out, he didn't touch anything, not a thing and stated the unit was too old for a remote and charged me $49.00 for a service call, if he had touched something, to ensure the unit was old. then I would feel ripped off.

AMAZING.. We See the ads on fox 28 every morning and looked like a good company for an emergency repair if needed. low and behold, boom. spring broke. called Precision and talked with a very nice lady and she said she could have someone here within a couple hours. Five minutes later, got a call from a tech named Payton who said he was on his way. the professionalism was great from the start. nice van, clearly marked and Payton had the uniform to boot. we felt comfortable right away. he was masked and very respectful with our floors and 3 dogs. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable of what he was here to address. gave us a quote and estimated time to repair garage door. suggested additional parts as a recomendation, (not pressure sales) we took his advice and added a couple more things from an obviously experienced garage door specialist.we will gladly share our experience with everyone. GREAT WORK PEOPLE
