Excellent company because they have excellent people who work for them. We had a technician and sales rep. on site within a couple of hours of our call. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They were also incredibly kind which is becoming increasing rare. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Absolutely fantastic service! Decided to use this company after many positive reviews from our neighbors. It was so easy to schedule next day service online- website is very user friendly. Technician called en route and gave accurate arrival time. Technicians Derek and Will were very polite and professional. They explained to us exactly what issues needed to be addressed and what they needed to do. The best part is, all the tools and parts they needed were already on their truck. In less than 3 hours, all work was finished. Before leaving, Derek and Will cleaned up all tools, the old garage parts they replaced and swept out our garage. We will use Precision again if we have any more needs and will recommend to anyone who asks!

They had same day appointments available which was an extremely pleasant surprise!! Dylan showed up exactly when he said he would. He waS EXTREMELY professional and worked hard to trouble shoot the problem we were having. He could have easily guessed or tried to sell me something I didn’t need. He didn’t do either. He worked super hard and ultimately solved the problem to get our door back in working order. I sincerely appreciated his positive demeanor and his clear attention to detail. I would hire this company, and specifically Dylan, again!!

Same day online appointment that was able to come and fix the problems. Compassionate company that stayed late on a Friday night and repaired the keypad and replaced all the hardware supporting the door top to bottom. I highly recommend using this company! My home is certainly better since calling them!

It was easy to set up a time online. Once the appointment was set I received a text from the technician giving me an estimated time on when they would arrive. I also got a call when they were headed my way and would arrive in 15 min. The technician (Trevor Derifield) was very polite and after his initial assessment, he explained everything to me. At this point, I was able to choose the items that I wanted completed. When he completed the repairs, he walked me thru and showed everything that was fixed. I never thought my garage door could be so quiet! I am very happy with the technician and the service I was given on this project.

As Promised, my garage door was under a 5 year warranty from the work that was performed. About 5 months after the initial repair, the door started squeaking loudly. Our garage door opener died. Patrick assessed the opener and gave me several options. Installation was quick and efficient. Patrick noticed that one of the brackets was not anchored correctly, and had a different bracket to make it right. Our new opener is working great!

Called for an appointment, Joe was here within 30 minutes. He installed a new garage door opener, struts, and rollers on my old garage door. Very kind, explained everything that needed to be done and told me I could choose what I wanted to have done that day. Cleaned up everything to where you can’t even tell he was here, except that my garage door opener works and is very quiet! Would recommend Precision and especially Joe for any necessary repairs or installations.
