Megan came out and gave me an estimate on a new door, opener and all the hardware that goes with it. The next day, Joe had my door installed! He showed and talked me through everything he was doing and why. He explained how and when to use lubricant on the rail and springs. He was super quick with the tear down and reinstall. He left no mess!! Great experience!!

Great service! I was having an intermittent issue with my opener and called your team out to look at and possibly repair. After experiencing the problem and spending 30 minutes troubleshooting, it was determined my head unit was bad and no service or repair could correct the discontinued model. Fast, same day service, at my business. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving an estimate of over $2000 to replace my opener I was not happy, but after the tech contacted the office, I received a price of $1000 that I thought was fair enough. I would offer 5 stars, but having to play a silly pricing game turned me off!

I have a issue with my garage door not closing tight on the left and right sides of the door. When the wind blew the door would move back and forth allowing air into the garage. This was a problem because I heat my garage at times. Mike came out and changed the L- brackets on the two sides to adjustable L-brackets. After he finished, the garage door then closed up 100% better ! Now when then wind is blowing against the door, air is NOT coming in. ( the old brackets had rivets in them, that had to be drilled out before installing the new brackets !! ) Mike done a GREAT JOB, thank you !!!
