WOW!!! Precision Garage Door, did a fantastic job!!! Appropriately named “Precision” – they showed up about 35 mins. after booking the appt. before the other company could even call me back. AND at night, not the middle of the day. Courtney came in identified the issue right away, had the parts in the van, negotiated a great price for me and was out in about an hour. I couldn’t have imagined it going any better. THANK YOU Precision – I’ll sing your praises to everyone!

Thank you Precision Garage Door for another exceptional experience. We noticed problems with our main garage door opener and called for service. Braxton came out the same day. He was very personable, and his knowledge was off the charts. He analyzed the situation and discovered we need a door opener replacement. We were given two options to choose from and we picked one, and it’s done. The opener is high quality and technology savvy. Before leaving, Braxton made sure everything was setup and explained functionality. We made a great choice and I’m glad that Braxton made sure we were back to normal. To everyone at Precision Garage Door, thank you. You are an unbelievable team. No other choice for me. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors

My husband and I worked with Sara Crowe for over a year trying to find the perfect doors for our house. Sara was absolutely amazing. She was patient, very informative, and really worked to make sure we were happy with our final decision, we talked to many garage door companies and no one made us feel as comfortable as sara did! I will highly recommend her to others in my neighborhood. She went above and beyond on this job!

I called at 2:00pm hoping to get an appointment next week. They were at my home by 4:30. My garage door was making a noise when I opened or shut it. Matt was very informative as to what was going on with my door and even showed me things I could do to protect my door and maintenance I could do to keep it in the best operating condition. He understood that being a widow, we have to learn to do things for ourselves. He was patient, considerate and was not afraid of my 75lb Doberman who took to him right away. Animals are the best judges of character. I have always appreciated Precision Garage Door's excellent service and quick turn around times. I am glad we selected them when we had our first garage door issue.

Tim Tomlinson Jr. did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done to update needed items to ensure our garage door continues to operate properly. He then did a fine job replacing the needed parts. When finished, he took his time to show me what he did. Tim remembered when he had visited before and let me know his dad was the one who replaced the opener. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to take care of your garage door needs. Thank you Tim!

Carlos was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and he explained in detail the results of the inspection. He covered what needed to be done now in detail, which was the reason for the service call. He then covered potential problem areas given the age of the door and problems that could occur given the age of the opener. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Columbus and in particular Carlos Morales.
