I have a issue with my garage door not closing tight on the left and right sides of the door. When the wind blew the door would move back and forth allowing air into the garage. This was a problem because I heat my garage at times. Mike came out and changed the L- brackets on the two sides to adjustable L-brackets. After he finished, the garage door then closed up 100% better ! Now when then wind is blowing against the door, air is NOT coming in. ( the old brackets had rivets in them, that had to be drilled out before installing the new brackets !! ) Mike done a GREAT JOB, thank you !!!

I believe my installers name was Mike. He was extremely courteous and professional. He not only installed my new garage door opener, but he also lubricated and adjusted my door to eliminate unnecessary squeaks and groans. I am beyond thrilled with the experience I had using Precision Garage Door service this past week! Johnny S. was absolutely tremendous and very knowledgeable with the repairs my garage door needed. He was professional, arrived on time, and was very respectful of my home. Johnny genuinely seems to care about the customer and the quality of work he does; I was thoroughly impressed by him. Johnny was so kind and patient in helping me figure out the best approach of repairing what was needed that day while keeping it at a price I felt comfortable with. Overall pricing was very fair and the repair was completed same-day, which was beyond convenient! Even though I anticipate my garage door to be in great working order for some time, I would 100% use Precision Garage Door service again. I also love that they give back to the community-keep up the amazing work and doing what you’re doing!!

I heard about Precision from advertisements on television and radio adds. When the tech David arrived, I identified the issue we were having. David did a thorough examination of our garage door and identified the work that was needed. David was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Need service on a Saturday, booked online, tech was at my house in under 2 hours. I knew I'd need a new opener, he had everything on his truck that he needed to replace everything, and took the time to show me all the features, and set my new opener up to my WiFi. Tech was very professional, and installed everything in under 3 hours. My original opener was installed by a homeowner, and was not installed correctly, so it was almost like a new installation. Great job, great service! This is the 3rd time I've used this company, and they have never disappointed!
