Alana and Chaz are the best for customer service.They are easy to reach respond promptly and got the job done the same day I called .Chaz was very efficient solved our problem and couldn’t have been more informative . They both need a raise.

My tech was Curt V and he was very curtious and conscientious about his work. Things did not go smoothly for this repair and he never got upset or unsafe. His workmanship was good, the spring he used was based on the ones he took off and he felt the door was still too heavy. He then proceeded to try another spring pair and they were better but the drums for the cables were worn too much and as we were checking the installation the cables slipped off the drum. Soo, as we chuckled the third time is the charm and it was perfect after replacing the drums. I will say he got quite the workout today, but kept a positive outlook and worked nonstop until it was done right and done safely.

Excellent service!! Jason was out shortly after I made the phone call to check on our garage door. He was super friendly, checked things out and communicated everything before, during and after. He was able to compete the repair on the same visit. I would recommend Jason and the team at Precision to anyone!! Excellent customer service and the repair looks even better than it did before!

Lashad was very patient and helpful. We had to call the Homelink contact listed in my Tesla manual and I had to buy a new remote which I didn't know I needed so it is good he had one on the truck. If all the techs are like Tim T, Precision gets an A+ from me. An hour and a half from the time I called until Tim was leaving. Door had a new spring and three new bearings. Tim noticed wear on the spring bar and checked the bearings. One was totally locked. May save me a future service call.

We called on labor day weekend and had our garage door repaired within about 3-4 hours from the time we called to the time the repair was complete. Our technician (Tom) was professional, courteous, very knowledgable and did a very high quality job replacing our broken springs as well as all of the mechanical components of the door. The 7 year warranty on their work gives me a lot of peace of mind about the repair. We are very happy with our experience with Precision Door!

I chose Precision for our garage door repair because they would come to our area and had discounts to offer. John exceeded my expectations in service and diagnosing the problem within a couple minutes. He discovered that the "seeing eyes," the safety feature, had some loose wires. John told me that he just needed a five minutes to it. Sure enough, he had fixed the wires, greased the track and started on his paperwork before that time was up. Thanks for driving from Columbus - the drive was 3 times as long as the job. With such a great service, Precision is well worth calling any time your garage door malfunctions.
