Knowledgeable Tech, but Misleading Information & Unhelpful Management Precision was fast and came out the same day my motor broke. The technician was polite and knowledgeable, but before upgrading to a side-mounted unit, I specifically asked if the power cord would safely reach the outlet. I was assured it was long enough to be tacked neatly along the wall. Once installed, the 6-foot cord was dangling across the room—low enough for my kids to pull on, creating a real safety hazard. While the technician admitted his mistake and kindly offered to uninstall the unit, management was completely unhelpful. Their only solution was for me to buy a $500 extension kit or hire an electrician to move the outlet. I shouldn't have to spend hundreds extra to fix a safety issue caused by misrepresentation prior to purchase. Excellent technician, but very disappointing customer service from management.

Timeliness (less than 1 day turnaround), quality, service mindset, and friendliness is second to none. Cameron Flack was our technician. He explained in detail what he planned to do after performing a safety check. Loved that all the repairs, including the original issue related to broken spring(s), could be done in one visit/same day. This is very convenient for folks who need work done quickly and have limited time due to work, kids, etc. Cameron was very nice, pleasant, and professional! He explained what could be done, what was necessarily needed now, and what wasn't, and some of the ins/outs of the whole garage door function.

Called and a technician came out and fixed multiple issues with my busted garage door. The technician’s name was Cameron. He spoke well, was knowledgeable, skilled, and honest. He evaluated the door and then reviewed multiple repair options ranging from doing just what “needs” to be done, to what “should” be done, even to complete replacement. I felt comfortable discussing options with him. No high pressure sales tactics and no nonsense when explaining the likely reasons for failure. Cameron came on Saturday during the weekend due to our garage door cannot close. He is the best technician, and very professional and skillful in fixing our garage door. He also identified a potential belt issue with the other garage door. When replacing multi products from springs, motor, belts even screws, he clearly explained why the problems occurred provided solutions. He worked constantly to complete the replacement for both doors. Cameron has a very nice personality and a strong sense of responsibility. We are very happy to have had him work on our home. Thanks!

We received prompt same day service call for broken spring. Other existing issues were found, such as, fraying cables, wearing pulleys and bearings and rusted brackets. Door had been in use for 20 yrs with no service. Final invoice was over 2K.
