We are Precision repeat customers. Last time they our garage door broke the day before our daughter’s wedding. They were out within a couple of hours and fixed it in no time. This time primary garage door stopped working. Again they were out in a few hours and right on time. Fantastic repair and didn’t try to over sell me on anything just best possible fix and great explanation of the problem. If you have a garage door problem these are the guys to use!

I found Precision with a simple Google search and I am glad I did. It was very easy to set up my appointment via the website. I immediately received a confirmation email and my techs name. The day of service, I received a call as my tech was leaving his last job and heading my way. The tech looked at the job and advised what was best for us to do. There was no trying to sell us new doors or openers, just honest advise about the best way forward. The tech had the stuff he needed to complete the job with him and after a short while BOTH of my garage doors were fixed and in better shape that when they were initially installed by our builder. I would 100% recommend this service they were great.

The original repair person came out on Friday night without the tools necessary to complete the project. We rescheduled for Saturday evening and the repairs were completed. Sunday morning when I opened the garage door the cables came loose on one side of the door. I called and asked for a warranty call back and original they wanted to schedule the warranty work for Monday. After a little encouragement from me the work was scheduled and completed on Sunday....no issues so far. The whole experience could have been great IF the work was completed on Friday as scheduled.

Highly recommend. Door had a broken spring. Next day service. There is some science to balancing a garage door. David took the time to make sure the door was balanced perfect. Works better than when it was new.
