Our installer, Adam, was pretty amazing. Very polite and professional. He showed up on time and had everything needed to do the job. Due to the age of our broken opener, we had to replace with a new one, Adam went through all our options and features of a replacement and worked with our budget. Highly impressed. We see your commercials frequently on television and as soon as our opener stopped working we knew who to call. Highly recommend

My call to Precision was handled very efficiently and professionally. They listened to me , took pertinent information and got back to me within 1-2 hours. They had a technician available the same afternoon, Walker Furpahs. He was at the house within a few hours, professionally listened to me about the problem, inspected and assessed the problem. He provided two different approached with pricing and a pro & con discussion. He answered all my questions. No pressure! He had the parts in the truck for either approach I selected. After my approval, he completed the repair in about 1 hour. He discussed what he found, submitted his invoice electronically and I paid the same way. Overall, his performance exceeds my expectations. Thank you.

The cost of an opener is less than 500 but you charged me 1800 for the opener and installation. That is a rip off at every level and in hindsight I should have bought one on line and paid someone to install and could have saved a ton of money. My fault for not doing my homework but I really thought prices had gone up that much. Turns out you just overcharged and I hope you lose lots of business from this dishonest practice.

I used precision at a previous property was very happy with them. Today was for another property. Tim was nice, polite and extremely informative. He took his time explaining everything to me. They arrived within approximately one hour after I called for repairs. He had all of the parts to replace the spring and to do additional work on worn out parts. He took the time and looked at another “commercial “ door I have on my barn. Lubed the moving parts and explained to me additional things about that particular door. Fantastic experience with this company both times.

I could not be happier with our service from Percision Garage door. We were due to leave town when our garage door stopped working properly. Percision scheduled me for the same day service on a Saturday. Our technician, Aaron was very pleasant, explained the problem and offered solutions. He ended up replacing our unit, rollers, etc. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He even programmed my wife’s car to use the opener.
