A few days ago, my wife and I had a problem with our garage door opener not working properly. I called Precision Garage Door Service for help. I was greeted very nicely by a person who quickly set up an appointment for the next day. The next afternoon, Patrick Mulligan showed up at our door. He had called to let me know when he would be arriving and came at the time he said. He was very polite and friendly. He quickly found the problem and assured us that he would have the problem solved. Sure enough, in a short amount of time he completed the job and after giving us a report of what he had done he was on his way. It was a pleasure working with him and we'll certainly call again if the need arises.

This was my second time using Precision Door. The first time we had a new door opener installed. When my door wouldn't open this time I assumed (incorrectly) it was a problem with the opener. Imani came the next day even with winter storm warnings issued. The door opener was fine but Imani found the issues quickly, explained everything, and fixed the problems for us. This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door and they did a great job. They scheduled and completed my job the same day even though it was Saturday and my installer (James) did a thorough and quality job. He replaced the springs, rollers, and two brackets with bearings. He explained each component and showed me how they were worn and needed replacing. I feel very confident in the work he performed.

Scheduled a spring repair at 1:30 in the afternoon and was fixed by 6:00 p.m., I'm not sure how you can expect much more than that as a consumer! Jake J. was the technician assigned the ticket. He was outstanding! Reached out with an ETA and arrived shortly thereafter. He inspected ALL the components on the affected door. Installed the new spring and made adjustments until he was satisfied with the function of the door, opening and closing it freehand. Lubricated hinges and rollers as necessary and tested the door with the opener. Offered some advice with respect to maintenance going downrange. Communication from Precision was on point as they sent an email confirmation on the appointment once scheduled and alerted me via email that the technician would be reaching out. Best money I've spent on a repair in a long time. Highly recommend!!!

James was awesome! Perfect pro! Arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion. My only "beef" is I felt your price was kind of expensive - on the high side. And as I've talked to others, they feel the same way - extremely on the high side. So I'm not sure how much of a recommendation they're going to take from me. I do like the opener. Kind of a bummer we couldn't tag the one to my truck - so now I have a Genie garage door opener and remote... and a Liftmaster. So two remotes in my vehicles. But hey - the wife is taken care of with Door # 1! Thanks!
