Joe from Precision Garage Door was at our home yesterday and basically rebuilt our garage door from the bottom seal, new hinges and side rollers, replacing the top support plus aligning our drive motor and rail to the correct height in just a couple hours. It now seals tightly and opens and closes quietly. He also diagnosed the problems within a few minutes. Great Job!

Excellent service. Our garage door literally crushed on itself, warping the rails and the door to the point we could not close the door. Called Sunday afternoon. Spoke with a real person. Danny arrived within an hour and a half of the call. Danny took the time to analyze the mess and worked to figure out a fix. End of the appointment, we have a secure garage door. A few days ago, my wife and I had a problem with our garage door opener not working properly. I called Precision Garage Door Service for help. I was greeted very nicely by a person who quickly set up an appointment for the next day. The next afternoon, Patrick Mulligan showed up at our door. He had called to let me know when he would be arriving and came at the time he said. He was very polite and friendly. He quickly found the problem and assured us that he would have the problem solved. Sure enough, in a short amount of time he completed the job and after giving us a report of what he had done he was on his way. It was a pleasure working with him and we'll certainly call again if the need arises.

This was my second time using Precision Door. The first time we had a new door opener installed. When my door wouldn't open this time I assumed (incorrectly) it was a problem with the opener. Imani came the next day even with winter storm warnings issued. The door opener was fine but Imani found the issues quickly, explained everything, and fixed the problems for us. She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. We are so happy she was our assigned technician. We highly recommend Imani and Precision Door company.

I called to get an estimate to have the springs changed, install a heavier duty opener and adjust all the hardware for my 2 car garage door. They scheduled a visit for the very next day. The technician called 20 min prior to arrival and showed up on time, ready to work. He patiently waited while I explained all the issues and what I want as the final outcome. He told me to give him 20 min to check everything over and come up with a price. He gave me a quote which was a little higher than I wanted to spend. When I told him I would get back to him in a couple days, he called his boss and they dropped the quoted price to secure my business that day. He completed the work quickly and efficiently, while cleaning up as he worked. The job took about 1.25 hours. He programmed all of the remotes, the keypad and even showed me how to connect wirelessly with the Genie app. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and the care he took to insure everything was fixed to the best of his ability. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing an upgrade to old equipment.
