Joe, the installer, did a great job working in the extremely cold temps. He gave an arrival window between 8-10a and was here before 8:30. Our door broke on a Saturday because winter is rude. It appears that ice had caused the door to freeze and, when I tried to open it, the spring popped off. I was super happy that we were able to get our door fixed the same day even in freezing cold temperatures. Trevor was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous and he fixed our door in less than an hour. Fast and friendly service can be hard to find but I found it with Precision Garage Door!

Very responsive and excellent work. Cost was higher than expected but my old garage door opener was 50 years old. So, I didn't really know what to expect.

The technician did as I ask to test the system but I did not feel like he did much troubleshooting on his own to fix the problem. He was polite and courteous. I think he wanted to push selling a new garage door opener, no choice of type or brand. He had to replace not only the opener but the rail system also. The remote controls sold separately and door control button inside garage had to be replaced. He did not offer to leave the old system behind in the garage but I did not think to ask him to. I thought the cost was excessive. I would not recommend this company to others.

Precision had been recommended about three years ago by my son. And they came and installed a new motor and cable for me last night when I closed my garage door I heard a loud crack, but everything looked fine but this morning the garage door would not open Precision came within 30 minutes of my phone call turns out I had broken springs. Matt gave me two estimates, and I opted for him to fix everything that was wearing out including the springs that were broken because I didn’t want to have to worry about anything else breaking in the near future and having a call back repair service. He replaced the springs bearing cable and some rollers on the door and it acts like a new door now! Now I have peace of mind knowing that it’s safe.

I’m so grateful that we called Precision. We originally called another competitor and we were told we would need a new door as the damage was not fixable. I called expecting to leave a message but the call was answered at 10pm and they came out the next day! Anthony with Precision came out and saved us thousands!
