My son recommended Precision when our garage door stopped working 2 years ago. Recently, it stopped working again so I called for help. The technician, David, was there in an hour after my call found the problem & fixed it! He also went above & beyond & paired it with my wi-fi & installed the correct light bulbs! Very pleased & would highly recommend!

We had Precision come out and help us design the door we had in mind. the door was ordered and installed a couple weeks later along with a Wi-Fi capable opener. The garage door looks better than we had visioned. The installer was professional, cleaned up after himself and completed the job on time. He also installed the out door key pad and got everything working.

I used Precision about a year and a half ago when our garage door failed, and had an excellent experience. This time, we moved to a new house that didn’t have an opener at all. Again, David (who also serviced our previous home) came in, assessed quickly, gave me an honest recommendation on what needed done as well as a couple of options for a new opener that would suit my preference. Ultimately, there needed to be a lot of repairs due to the age and wear and tear on the mechanical side of the garage door. David also installed a new opener with accommodating keypad and remotes. David is professional, courteous, friendly, personable. He’s exactly the kind of guy you want coming to your house to work on your garage door. He genuinely cares about doing quality work and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.

The door works now. They replace a spring and charged $1400 . I was stuck. After the fact I checked around and this repair should have been less than $1000 to fix. I believe that because it was Sunday and my car was trapped in the garage I was taken advantage of. On top of it I'm a senior citizen. I would not recommend Precision. I'm sure they won't post this.

Excellent and fast service. My garage door spring broke and I couldn’t get the garage door up. I called one company but they told me they couldn’t come out till July 8. I would’ve had to wait a week to get service from them . So I called precision door company and they came out the very next morning. Thank you!

The company technician arrived on time in a fully equipped vehicle. The work was done professionally, quickly and efficiently. I agreed with the recommendation to replace the roller bearings due to their severe wear. The provided two-year warranty is pleasing, although I hope that there will be no problems. Due to my not very good English, I did not quite understand the information about the company and country of manufacture of spare parts.

Tim arrived on time and gave us a call that he would be arriving. He inspected the damage and gave us options to repair. Highly recommended. This was my first time needing to contact a garage repair company and they will now definitely be my go to place moving forward. The scheduling process was easy and quick. I needed same day service and the tech was out to me within an hour. The tech I had was David M. and he was phenomenal! David had great customer service, was very friendly and easy to talk. He help me narrow down the issue that was causing my garage door to open randomly during the night and reprogrammed my existing beepers. He also sent me a quote on options for a new garage motor in case I had further issues with my ancient current motor. My nosey 3yr old was very curious as to what David was doing so David took time to open up his van and show my son the cool tools and cabinets that were in his work van. Then sealed the deal with a sticker! If bonuses are given David M. Definitely deserves one! 10/10 recommend! Thank you
