We had issues with our garage door opening, an old one that hadn't been serviced in at least 10 years. Cameron came out and diagnosed the issues quickly, did a great job explaining what was wrong and how to fix it, reviewed the quote and then got to work. He went above and beyond in his attention to detail and service. He is truly a master of his craft. I would recommend Precision to anyone. All around great experience!

This is our second time using Precision Garage Door, and we are just as pleased this time as the first. Lake installed a brand new door in a matter of hrs. That's from completely taking the old door,tracks and top roller assembly out, and installing a "completely new door ". He informed me of his arrival time, and talked to me through each step. It was a total pleasure meeting him and his professionalism, not 1 piece of trash was left. Jeff responded very quickly and came out the same day as our call after he dug his truck out of the snow! We got an appointment for the next day to have it installed. Joe, the installer, did a great job working in the extremely cold temps. He gave an arrival window between 8-10a and was here before 8:30. Our door broke on a Saturday because winter is rude. It appears that ice had caused the door to freeze and, when I tried to open it, the spring popped off. I was super happy that we were able to get our door fixed the same day even in freezing cold temperatures. Trevor was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous and he fixed our door in less than an hour. Fast and friendly service can be hard to find but I found it with Precision Garage Door!

Reached out to get a quote on my garage door and was able to schedule it fairly quickly. Technician came out Sunday afternoon and was able to diagnose my garage quickly. I had a sagging/bowing garage door from it being hit and needed updated stronger parts too. Provided me with a run down of what needed done and then a few additional things that could be done if wanted to help prolong my garage doors life. Not that it was much $$$, but we did end up applying for financing with them and was approved but had to wait 24 hours before the loan was officially approved from Precision. There was some confusion on all sides but it got figured out and everyone was great about it! Same technician came out that Monday afternoon and got the work done and it looks great! Door works better than before and I can finally use it after months of not knowing what to do. Wish we reached out sooner to this company but it’s hard to find reliable and honest companies these days, so we lucked out with Precision. (Thank you Google!) Slapped one of their stickers on the garage door so when we sell the house, the next people know who to contact. Plus their warranties are transferable which is great!! (Would love to shout out the technician we had but can’t remember his name, if I do I’ll add it later. He was great!!)
