He performed an inspection of my garage door and pointed out problems that didn't have to be fixed immediately. I could schedule repairs as needed. He was here to fix my remote and he would stop with that. He itemized the cost for refurbishing my garage today. His boss gave me about $500 in discounts if I had it done today. I've been unhappy with how my garage door has been functioning. I was glad to have every done today. Another issue that greatly impressed me, is that this technician had everything he needed to complete my job on his truck. Therefore, I received efficient, friendly service from a technician who seems to really likes his job and likes to help people. Reached out to get a quote on my garage door and was able to schedule it fairly quickly. Technician came out Sunday afternoon and was able to diagnose my garage quickly. I had a sagging/bowing garage door from it being hit and needed updated stronger parts too. Provided me with a run down of what needed done and then a few additional things that could be done if wanted to help prolong my garage doors life. Not that it was much $$$, but we did end up applying for financing with them and was approved but had to wait 24 hours before the loan was officially approved from Precision. There was some confusion on all sides but it got figured out and everyone was great about it! Same technician came out that Monday afternoon and got the work done and it looks great! Door works better than before and I can finally use it after months of not knowing what to do. Wish we reached out sooner to this company but it’s hard to find reliable and honest companies these days, so we lucked out with Precision. (Thank you Google!) Slapped one of their stickers on the garage door so when we sell the house, the next people know who to contact. Plus their warranties are transferable which is great!! (Would love to shout out the technician we had but can’t remember his name, if I do I’ll add it later. He was great!!)

Precision did a great job! They allowed me to look at colors of doors in their warehouse so I was sure the color was going to match.
