Although my day didn’t start well with my garage door completely falling apart, calling Precision turned out to be the best decision. They arrived quickly, offered three different options—each with a warranty—and even helped me save more by applying a great coupon to lower the cost to a manageable price. On top of that, the technician, Trevor D., was extremely professional and efficient. He worked quickly, had a great attitude, and ensured everything I needed was taken care of. I highly recommend their service to anyone dealing with a garage door issue.

My husband and I were concerned for about 2 weeks over the sounds our garage door was making, then yesterday it broke ! I was very happy that the technician could come out today and happier when he could fix it today too. We are retired so any unexpected expense is not good for us but not only was Jacob very clear and honest with the estimate he also honored a 10% coupon which REALLY HELPED. I know everything is expensive anymore but the peace of mind of having the problem fixed same day was great ! I would recommend this company and especially Jacob who was extremely polite and efficient, we felt at ease with everything. Thank you!

Precision was able to respond to our door failure within 2 hours in subzero weather. Their tech Danny was polite, personable, and a good communicator. The operator replacement/upgrade and door repair only took 2 1/2 hours and cleanup was excellent. We gladly recommend this company as they met our needs in a very professional manner.

Great service from the first contact with Alana to door panel replacement and servicing by Joseph. Everyone has been professional and courteous. Joseph provided additional information on maintaining the garage doors we have which was greatly appreciated. Andrew Kaul did an excellent job from start to finish. We had a great conversation about the condition of both my garage doors and what needed to be accomplished. I welcomed his guidance and experience in allowing me to make the proper decisions. No pressure on his part. By the way, the ease of scheduling service via your website was super! The entire process was smooth and worry free! Great way to run a company. The spring bar broke on our garage door. Called Precision on Saturday morning thinking we wouldn't have access to the garage for days. After talking to the representative, she said someone would be at my home between 2 and 4 that day! We had Precision come out and help us design the door we had in mind. the door was ordered and installed a couple weeks later along with a Wi-Fi capable opener. The garage door looks better than we had visioned. The installer was professional, cleaned up after himself and completed the job on time. He also installed the out door key pad and got everything working.
