Precision was able to respond to our door failure within 2 hours in subzero weather. Their tech Danny was polite, personable, and a good communicator. The operator replacement/upgrade and door repair only took 2 1/2 hours and cleanup was excellent. We gladly recommend this company as they met our needs in a very professional manner.

Great service from the first contact with Alana to door panel replacement and servicing by Joseph. Everyone has been professional and courteous. Joseph provided additional information on maintaining the garage doors we have which was greatly appreciated. Andrew Kaul did an excellent job from start to finish. We had a great conversation about the condition of both my garage doors and what needed to be accomplished. I welcomed his guidance and experience in allowing me to make the proper decisions. No pressure on his part. He was patient with my questions and pointed out some areas of concern from previous workmanship done to the doors. Andrew is a top-notch tech that represents Precision Door Service very well! By the way, the ease of scheduling service via your website was super! The entire process was smooth and worry free! Great way to run a company. One more notation, it says a great deal about a company, when they trust their field techs enough to allow them to make decisions without having to check with higher ups first. That speaks volumes about the great work environment management cultivates for their team members!

The spring bar broke on our garage door. Called Precision on Saturday morning thinking we wouldn't have access to the garage for days. After talking to the representative, she said someone would be at my home between 2 and 4 that day! Not only did the technician call and got to my house earlier than promised, he was courteous, thorough and efficient. Thank you for once again exceeding my expectations!!

We had Precision come out and help us design the door we had in mind. the door was ordered and installed a couple weeks later along with a Wi-Fi capable opener. The garage door looks better than we had visioned. The installer was professional, cleaned up after himself and completed the job on time. He also installed the out door key pad and got everything working.

I used Precision about a year and a half ago when our garage door failed, and had an excellent experience. This time, we moved to a new house that didn’t have an opener at all. Again, David (who also serviced our previous home) came in, assessed quickly, gave me an honest recommendation on what needed done as well as a couple of options for a new opener that would suit my preference. Ultimately, there needed to be a lot of repairs due to the age and wear and tear on the mechanical side of the garage door. David also installed a new opener with accommodating keypad and remotes. David is professional, courteous, friendly, personable. He’s exactly the kind of guy you want coming to your house to work on your garage door. He genuinely cares about doing quality work and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.
