Our opener died yesterday morning. It's Saturday, it's cold, and the snow storm was predicted for today. I called a couple places but couldn't get an appointment until who knows when. I called your company and the lady said someone would be here between 12 and 4. I was thrilled! Dillon called on his way. He did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt so bad for him having to work, without gloves, as cold as it was. The door is opening and closing seamlessly. We had used a different company for 37 years, but couldn't be happier with Precision. Thank you!

Same day online appointment that was able to come and fix the problems. Compassionate company that stayed late on a Friday night and repaired the keypad and replaced all the hardware supporting the door top to bottom. I highly recommend using this company! My home is certainly better since calling them!

I will always be a Precision Garage Door customer. I had a problem with my garage door jumping off track in 2025. I called and the Tech showed up in 25 minutes. The tracking issue was resolved in 20 minutes. I had a garage door that would not open last night, this morning and early afternoon. A big snow storm is a day away. Tom came out and resolved the issue in about 25 minutes. We were very appreciative and thankful!!!

The installer (Derek) was very clear about my options to repair or replace the items which were making all the noise when the garage door was going up and down. I am very happy about my my decisions to correct the problems for the long term and not just a bandaid! I will have Derek repair/replace the old items in the other unit in the second bay of my garage soon! Then all will be matched up,fixed up and ready for another 20 years. Joe McCormish, the opener installer, did a great job. I was given a 4 hour window and he was here 15 minutes after the window started. Joe was friendly, courteous and discussed my options in detail. He installed 2 openers in 2 and a half hours. I was grateful that he was available to do the work today. I would highly recommend Precision to others.

I contacted them because the wall bottom for my garage door wasn’t working. I was surprisingly told that there would be no service charge for them coming to check it out. The technician checked it out and concluded that it might be a bigger, more expensive problem than just the wall switch. I decided to just use my other remote for the time being. And just as promised, no charge for the call. Much appreciated!

He explained the problem and replaced the genie door opener with a new universal keypad. No Charge. Mike was polite and answered all our questions. We are extremely pleased with this company.
