Precision repaired my brother's garage door today (Troy Page) and he was pleased with the work. I had a garage door opener(operator) that needed to be reattached. The technician (Imani Vance) was professional. quick, cleaned up after her work and was great to work with. I also liked the fact that we got a year's warranty with the work. It cost $300.40. I wasn't eligible for a discount but glad that your company does offer them.

We had Jacob Jones come to our home to originally repair a very old garage door opener. Upon discussing the situation, it was determined that we should replace it as it was so old the original opener wasn't produced any longer. Jacob was very professional and explained everything to us. We had the new opener installed and Jacob was very thorough with checking that everything was installed well and working perfectly. A huge thank you to Jacob for the phenomenal job. Cameron and Joe were great! They arrived less than 90 minutes after I called for emergency repair service. Cameron outlined my options very clearly from absolutely required repairs to replacing the whole unit as it is over 25 yrs old. I was super pleased! This company only replaces what is needed. They aren’t out to cheat the customer. He showed me the rusty parts so I could see why I needed new ones. He had everything he needed on his truck and had time so I got the whole job done in one afternoon. My repairman was courteous, professional and friendly. He did a great job and explained the new things to me. I got a key pad which was new to me and he made sure I knew how to use it.

The technician did a detailed inspection of the entire door operation. He then recommended parts that may have problems in the future. We decided since he was here now, and the parts and door are about 14 years old, to do the work he talked to us in detail. WOW, what a difference in the door operation when he was done.

Jessica found a promotion for me right over the phone, she was totally awesome! Superstar she was. Then came Mike, your technician who after installing the same size springs that use to be on there and realizing that my door was actually too heavy for them, and instead of just not saying anyting and leaving, he removed them and installed the correct, stronger springs, and kept the same quote. It was very easy to register on-line for an appointment and the serviceman was able to be at my home the next morning. Daniel was the serviceman and he called to let me know he was 30 minutes out. Upon arrival and his synopsis of the situation, he explained that I needed a new spring and ball bearings because what had been put on five years ago was not the appropriate size for my size garage door. He gave me the estimate and completed the work within one hour. I was very pleased with overall response and the service.

Cheyney was very courteous, polite, respectful, and professional. He offered to see if he could repair my garage door opener first. So he opened the motor to inspect it. Unfortunately, when I was lubricating the chain on my old one, a drop of oil/lubricant dropped onto the motor and fried the motherboard and capacitor. It was from 97 and had a good life and it was time to replace it. So Cheyney installed the new one, walked me through how it works thoroughly and asked if I had any questions before he left. He did an EXCELLENT job and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and will use them again in the future if I need them. Thanks Cheyney!!

Spring broke Saturday night so my car was stuck in the garage! Made an appointment online for the following morning. Trevor D. was awesome! He arrived, explained the process then got to work inspecting the door to see what caused the issue (old spring). He explained everything and pointed out the problem, what was still good, what could use replacing soon, etc. He even took the time to assess the other garage door and advised what would potentially need replacing soon.
