Phoned and made the appointment for same day, customer telephone rep was polite and courteous. Technician, Malachi Strickland, arrived within window of appointment, was very professional, helpful and easy to talk with-explaining everything including answering questions; thank you. I would recommend the company to others.

I required a Saturday night visit after my garage door was damaged and the door would not close. The technician called to let me know he was 18 minutes away. He arrived, very professional in his manner and indicated he would assess the damage. Following his survey, he put the results into a quote with a senior discount that I approved. He explained it would take an hour. Very competent, respectful,. This is the second time I have used Prescion. While pricing is high, service is very prompt and good. Thank you

A AI search told me you were the top rated company in our area. Pros: The service tech that came out and ended up doing the work was topnotch. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The product seems to be very good quality and the five year warranty is good. The tech was glad to patiently answer every question I came up with. Cons: I had the spring system and the opener system replaced. I’m confident that was appropriate. However, your prices are at the top of the scale for our area. I had done my research and knew that about the pricing before I approved the job. The great performance of the tech prompted me to approve the job even though I knew the price was at the high end of the scale.

Precision Garage Door - 03/25/2026 Thanks to Precision Garage Door for work done on my garage door on 3/25/2026. I called around 11am and technician Derek Mason was at my house at 12:30 pm. Derek fixed the immediate problem (broken spring) and did routine maintenance service on the entire door. Because the door opener was very old and poorly maintained, I purchased a new belt driven door opener. I appreciated the quick response, courtesy, professional, and efficient service. I recommend Precision Garage Door Services .

I was charged $5200.00 to replace broken spring and 10 year old opener. It's an old wooden door and tech did fix old parts but this is ridiculous. I requested talk with team with chat bot. Please help me understand why I shouldn't take you to court. Friends have had springs replaced for $200-$300. Maybe the opener need to be replaced for maybe 2K$. I'm sure the work was well done and it works well but this cost way too much. Friends recommended you but I can't after this experience. All I really wanted was to get door open and my wife's car out. I just came from a friends funeral and was not prepared for the sales pitch.
