During a recent power outage, my garage door opener failed to work, even when connected to my backup (home) generator. I called Precision to check out the issue since I'd used them some years earlier when I had backed into my garage door and knocked it off track. This time, the problem was far more extensive as the entire system was broken (it was probably close to 20 years old or more). The guys who came did an excellent job of getting a new system in place, and also reinforced (braced) my garage door, which had become a bit bowed because of that earler mishap and was putting added stress on the motor. They very carefully explained everything they did and why, and showed me how it operated. It was a clean, efficient and friendly operation that told me I'd made the right choice in hiring Precision. Two times now, they've come through with flying colors, so I won't hesitate to call again if necessary.

The guy who came out to fix my door was super kind and helped me. He explained everything that was wrong with it in a way I could understand. He gave me advice and was just an all around good dude. If you want to get ripped off - check out precision garage door. Yes, my garage made a horrible sound when it went up and down and needed some repairs but to pay - $4600+ for parts that cost less than $100 a piece to be replaced is crazy. See the invoice of what was replaced. I didn’t have the actual door itself replaced or the motor. Such a shame that my wife fell victim to getting ripped off like this.
