Our garage door opener had lasted over 30 years. Tech Joe Worley was able to show me many options for replacement. Joe was very knowledgeable and once I decided on the unit that fit our needs he was able to do the replacement very quickly. His work was thorough and he was able to get me an additional 2 year warranty. New unit super quiet. Great work Joe!

Couldn’t open my garage door. They came within 3 hrs of my call. Derek was pleasant, diagnosed the problem and installed a new motor for my door. He even put some salt on the driveway because of the ice. I would certainly recommend them.

Having trouble with my garage door opener. Called Precision and they gave me an appointment the following day. Their tech Tom came out and we reviewed my problem. I decided that my old opener needed replaced. Tom gave me a couple of options which included the total cost. I made my decision and Tom did a great job removing my old opener and installing my new one. He then took the time to review the operation of my new opener and answer my questions. Great job by your entire organization.

I reached out online to schedule an appointment on a Saturday, no less! I was able to schedule same day between 12-4 pm. Dillon called me and was here at 2 pm. He diagnosed the problem with the garage door and fixed it in a short time. The door works great and the price was reasonable as well!

I called at around 3PM the repairman arrived around 5 something and was out before 7. Door works perfectly, and I forgot how quite a good working garage door is. My repairman was B Bryant very pleasant and professional did a great job. This is a easy 5 star to give. Thanks Precision

I I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Tony appeared irritated whenever I asked questions, which made the experience uncomfortable. He attempted to sell additional items that I did not need and stated that your company provides higher-quality products. However, the product he used was not the higher quality he described. Although he said he was not charging me for the product itself, I was charged $200 for labor for what appeared to be approximately ten minutes of work to install a small bracket. I believe this charge was unreasonable given the scope of the work. Due to this experience, I will not recommend your service to my friends or family.

We were able to easily book online and got an immediate response with a window of 2 to 6 p.m. To my surprise, Brad arrived before 2. He was very courteous and thorough. I cannot speak to the pricing because we needed the job done right away so there was no time for other estimates. He did detail every cost, though, so we knew what we were paying for. The total bill was the same as the estimate and we were happy to get a seven year warranty. He finished the job in about an hour and the door now works seamlessly and without noise.

I will always be a Precision Garage Door customer. I had a problem with my garage door jumping off track in 2025. I called and the Tech showed up in 25 minutes. The tracking issue was resolved in 20 minutes. I had a garage door that would not open last night, this morning and early afternoon. A big snow storm is a day away. Tom came out and resolved the issue in about 25 minutes. We were very appreciative and thankful!!!

He explained the problem and replaced the genie door opener with a new universal keypad. No Charge. Mike was polite and answered all our questions. We are extremely pleased with this company.

I was referred to precision by a friend who has used their services in the past. I got on the Internet and made an appointment at 1:30 on the same day. They had a window from 2 to 6 and Kourtney was at my house by 220 and my new garage door was installed by 4:30 on the same day! Amazing service, helpful, friendly, and honest.

The service I received was excellent. Mike McCllelan was the technician and very knowlegeable and efficient. I was a little surprised at the price but my old unit was 25 years old, so that's how it is. But good service in a very timely manner. The problem presented at about 5:00 pm and Mike was all finished before 7:30 pm. Can't beat that!

Tom came by to fix my garage door. It would open but not close all of the way. I scheduled an appointment online and they were here in 2 hours. Tom noticed that my sensor was bent. We had previously used Precision for repair work on a broken spring. When our door would not open but would close we anticipated a hefty bill for replacement. Tim found that an umbrella leaned against wall while loading had blocked the sensor. We expected at least a service charge but we were not billed anything. I called for a simple spring replacement. The person on the phone said it would be $100-$300 for a spring replacement. The tech provided me with an initial quote of $1,555 to replace the 2 springs and shaft bearings. The springs are under $100, and the bearings are probably $10 in bulk. Tech took off the bearing replacement and said it would be $1,000. That is still way off, so he called his manager and then quoted $400. I felt like I was being scammed, so I asked the technician to leave. I found a local, reputable company to perform the service for $200. Sad, because I used Precision to install a complete garage door in Tampa for $999, and that included the install, rails, door, springs, and everything else. Not sure what this location is doing, but very scary.

Frustrated, while I agreed with the cost of having my door repaired, I find the cost to be outragous for the 30 minutes worth of work that was required for the problem. I paid the $500 to have the cables and springs released and put back on. No parts were required no repairs were technically required, only tools and skill, and I get that his skill comes at a price, but $500 was excessive, I asked if that was the best they could do and he said that was the best. Granted I created the mess, I feel as though I was quoted an outragous price that didn't seem fair, but what do you do other than trust the company that comes out when you don't have the tools to fix the issue. The technician that came out was very polite and professional, but after the fact I feel as though I was taken advantage of because they knew I couldn't fix the problem myself. If the company feels this price is okay for 30 minutes of work then I have to live with that, skill comes at a price, I get that but $500 is a bit over the top.

My garage door would not operate. I called their office and was greeted by a very professional and pleasant office personnel. She scheduled my appointment the same day and gave me a window of time that my service person would be coming. The tech called ten minutes before arriving. She listened and then went right to work. I felt sorry for her because it was about 19 degrees out. She figured out the problem and resolved the issues. She was great. I give her five stars also. I would and will recommend Precision to anyone who needs help with any garage door issues.
