Our technician today was Cameron Fry. Very happy with the service he provided. It was great they could come same day, he was timely and was even better that he called and was able to come earlier than initially expected. Very easy to work with and helpful went above expected service. Also worked very timely and efficiently. When I was a little apprehensive with cost as I didn't have much of a frame of reference, I greatly appreciated that the company was willing to work with me on it. All I needed was a garage door removal but it saved me extra time and the unnecessary risk of taking the door down myself. Highly recommend. One thing to note as someone who also works at a company with an answering service, it did get my name and address wrong thankfully I saw and was able to call before he drove out so just keep an eye on that.

Our garage door suddenly stopped working. I received a quick response via text late on a Saturday night and a technician was scheduled for 10am the next day. Jacob came to our home to help us out. Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Offered alternatives for either a quick temporary fix or replace the 25 year old motors, etc with new units. Went with two new units that offered wifi, cameras, and led motion lights. All I can say is being pleased with the outcome and 7 year warranty. Also appreciated the follow up calls on apt. day.

I couldn’t get my garage door open when I needed to leave yesterday morning. I propped it open and when I came home, a technician from Precision was at my neighbors. I had used Precision before and was pleased with the help and job they did. I spoke to the man from Precision at my neighbor’s and he explained that I would need to make an appointment. He called Precision and told them I would be calling and I was very pleased with the man that fixed my garage door. Thank you.

Service was just fine. Installer was professional. However, outdoor was under warranty BUT we had to pay $650. For a replacement door. Very disappointed in the warranty! It will be doubtful if we use your company again as we feel the warranty was less than satisfactory.

Had spring break on garage door. Joe came out next day and replaced both springs, wheel and bearings. 5 year warranty etc. Bit expensive but did good job. This company replaced same spring 14 years ago, so got 14 years out of last job.
