Our daughter had had a good experience with Precision. So when our garage door mechanism jammed, we didn’t hesitate to call. The service was timely, professional, accurate, transparent, efficient, and complete. The service tech, Johnny, was very personable, thorough, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. My experience with Precision Garage Door Service has been wonderful! Precision Garage Door Service installed NEW garage doors for me a few years ago. There was a small issue. Before I had a chance to call Precision Garage Door Service. Precision Garage Door Service called me and returned to my home within hours to resolve the issue. I then had another provider/her name is Angie, install my door openers a few years later. It was not a good experience. So, I called Precision Garage Door, they arrived within 30- minutes and corrected this issue that Angie had caused. The customer technician support and customer support is beyond excellent. Precision Garage Door Service is the most reliable garage door replacement/repair company that I have come across! I have owned my home for over 20 years. Precision Garage Door Service is THE ONLY GARAGE DOOR SERVICE I would ever use. I encourage anyone to engage them! Precision Garage Door Service, bar none. The best installation and service! I was extremely impressed with Johnathon and the company as a whole. We called for service around 10:30 AM and he was here just after 11 and the job was completed by noon. The technician was very professional, indicated how my specific repair could be addressed, provided an assessment of additional improvements, and provided a complete itemized breakdown of the repair and improvement costs. I realized an additional door adjustment was needed, called the office who in turn notified the technician. The technician immediately returned to my home and made the adjustment. Wonderful installer, John! He was very professional and thorough. He offered me several options so I could make an informed decision. Installation was quick, he showed me how to use the new opener including showing me how to program the new key pad. It’s very easy to program. I would not hesitate to call your company again to service my garage doors.
