Very expensive and absolutely thieves. Big time over charged me, when I called they said the door remote was 60 dollars but they charged me 180 per remote, pulse 250 for outside keypad. I absolutely don’t recommend this company to anyone. STAY AWAY

This is my second experience with Precision Garage Door and both were excellent. They are timely, professional, experienced, honest, and efficient. Matt (the best) replaced a broken spring on one door and did repairs and maintenance on the others. They do business like it should be done. I highly recommend them.

Called them out for a repair, during the diagnostic process the opener was damaged . The opener was working when they showed up so they made it right and installed a brand new opener free of charge no questions asked . You can not put a price on integrity!

My garage door would not open so I needed to call someone to come check it out. I had seen the precision Garage Door trucks around, and they had a local office, so I decided to call them. I was very, very pleased with the service. The problem was diagnosed, fixed, plus both my doors were lubed and the tech even cleaned off the wood dust (from the garage workshop) from the top of my garage door opener and blow it away out of my garage! He was very polite, helpful and quick - and with a smile. I won't hesitate to call Precision Garage Door again if I need them.

Precision Garage Door Service has been our go-to company for any garage door issue we’ve ever had over the past twenty years or so. Most recently, in a three year old house we purchased nine months ago, we called in Precision to evaluate a door that was obviously underpowered and not working well. Precision’s technician, Jonnie Swartz, thoroughly evaluated the situation and plainly explained each of the issues he diagnosed and the corrective measures that could be taken along with the cost of each one. It was recommended by my First Alert system. The problem was solved, the workmen (2) were both helpful, friendly and professional. They explained everything to me and were very courteous. I would recommend them. However, I found the prices for what was done was very high.
