I appreciate the effort to communicate an ETA; further I received a text with a picture of the technician prior to his arrival. He (Bradley), arrived in a timely manner, introduced himself and proceeded to inquire as to what my concerns were about my garage door opener. March 30 and 31 your tech Brad was here at my home for service, originally to give me an estimate to replace the garage door trim, which I did not have replaced when your company replaced both my garage doors in April, 2024. Instead of just providing an estimate for the trim, Brad took extra time to do an inspection of the doors, and in doing so discovered that insufficient springs were installed with the doors in 2024. He explained that over time this would result in the garage door openers failing much quicker than they should because they were lifting much more of the weight than they should. Your company approved Brad repairing this issue at no charge to me. Brad also made a repair on a connection from the door to the opener, resulting from this added strain. Today Brad was back with the trim, installed it, caulked and cleaned the trim, and applied a little paint to the nails. Brad did an excellent job, was courteous, efficient, and demonstrated attention to details and concern for the customer. You should somehow reward him and keep him around as he is a great representative of your company.
