I had the pleasure of meeting with Tom Palmer today. He met me at the home I am building and buying at the end of this month. He helped me to understand the parts of the garage door and asked me what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and gave me options on what was available for me to choose from. He gave estimates on 3 types of motors and lifts. I will diffidently give him a call in the next 3 weeks.

The installer was very pleasant to deal with and provided me with good information regarding the installation and garage door maintenance. He seemed to be very skilled with his work. I was not happy with the estimate process, however. I was given a phone estimate of $100-$360 to replace the springs. When the service technician calculated a price it was much, much higher than the $360 maximum. I feel the estimate was purposely deceiving. I don’t believe this is the way for your company to build a good reputation.

He gave me 2 different estimates on new garage doors, plus an estimate on just fixing the problem I was concerned about. I will be making a decision on which estimate to go for. First of all the convenience of same day was a factor of importance. I give 5 stars for sure. My tech was knowledgeable and very friendly, I had to have new springs put on and I had the other stuff attached to that done as well so it all was good to go. My tech was Tim and he was absolutely awesome. Gave me several plan options to choose from and in detail explained them to me. Not to mention very nice. He went over all work he did ang explained warranty.

I was very happy with the estimator today. She was knowledgable and very polite. She work up a quote that we were happy with and purchased a new garage door and opener. There was no service performed, we bought the garage door and opener that will be installed next Tuesday.

Tim was awesome. I had a broken spring. Called at 10. He was at the house by 12:00 on a Saturday. Tim explained the options and got started on the repair. Took less than 20 minutes and he was done.Wife happy so life is good!Thank you Tim and Precision door.
