He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem sensors quickly and did a quick overall check of the garage door. I thought I was looking at a new chain or a spring replacement but after I explained to David, your service tech the problem he simply went to the opener and made the needed adjustments. I started to pull out my card for payment and he said it wouldn't be any charge. I chose Precision because I had a positive experience back in 2015 and they didn’t disappoint in 2026. David Morgan came out today and exceeded every expectation I think a customer could possibly have. I am very happy with the timely response, his knowledge, and how personable he was. I have a Guardian garage door opener but the outside remote quit working. I ordered a universal remote that supposedly was compatible but upon receipt, we couldn't get it to work. I Googled for a nearby and experienced garage door service company and decided to ask for help from Precision Door. I called on Friday and they were here, on time, on Monday as promised. The technician was professional, friendly and, most importantly, helpful with his advice. He assessed the situation and made recommendations for us to find the remote device we needed. He also offered to return once we got the replacement remote if we needed his help. And, get this....he didn't charge us!!! Getting that kind of courtesy from a service company is unheard of. Consequently, I will be sure to remember their name and share it with anyone I come across who needs the help they can provide. I'm very satisfied with this interaction.

He went above + beyond to listen to my concerns, thoroughly diagnose the problems and explain in a way I could understand. Exceeded Expectations... Requested a quote for replacement door sealing and alternatively a new garage door. In less than 2 hours David Morgan had called and was at our home. David inspected, explained what was going on and was very consultative in identifying, explaining and presenting our options and benefits of the same. Turns out no new door was needed, just maintenance and support upgrades, which saved us a lot of $$. After all upgrades were made including. Quiet motor package, David explained maintenance and demonstrated the improvements. I called on Friday October 3. David came out within a couple of hours. Was very nice. He said he had to order parts and would send me a quote. It is now Monday evening October 6 and I have not heard anything from anyone at Precision Doors. David told me they work 6-7 days a week. I need my door fixed . David did get it to where we could manually open and close it. It is a 12 foot shop door.

The person who installed my garage door was professional and did a good job installing the new opener. The poor rating is due to very poor response from the billing/accounting department. I have tried 3 times (twice via email and once via phone) since the work was done to obtain a receipt for the work done. I paid $929.00 at the time the service. No one is available at this time to speak to me so the dispatcher took a message for someone to call me. I don't have a high confidence level that I will receive a return call. I will not recommend your company in the future.
