This is our second time using Precision Garage Door, and we are just as pleased this time as the first. From the time we called and made the appointment, to the time the new springs were installed, it took less than 2 hours. Our service technician, David, was very professional and courteous. David was outstanding. My garage door sensors decided to stop working just as I was leaving for an appointment. He called to let me know he would arrive within 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem sensors quickly and did a quick overall check of the garage door. Upfront reasonable pricing with no up charge for a weekend service!! Highly recommend!!

I don't usually write reviews be they're good or bad. But I had to respond to the service I received today. I thought I was looking at a new chain or a spring replacement but after I explained to David, your service tech the problem he simply went to the opener and made the needed adjustments. I started to pull out my card for payment and he said it wouldn't be any charge. I told him how much I appreciated him coming out because I thought it's rarely to get this type of customer service today. You have a future customer. Bobbie W.

I chose Precision because I had a positive experience back in 2015 and they didn’t disappoint in 2026. David Morgan came out today and exceeded every expectation I think a customer could possibly have. I am very happy with the timely response, his knowledge, and how personable he was. I have a Guardian garage door opener but the outside remote quit working. I ordered a universal remote that supposedly was compatible but upon receipt, we couldn't get it to work. I Googled for a nearby and experienced garage door service company and decided to ask for help from Precision Door. I called on Friday and they were here, on time, on Monday as promised. The technician was professional, friendly and, most importantly, helpful with his advice. He assessed the situation and made recommendations for us to find the remote device we needed. He also offered to return once we got the replacement remote if we needed his help. And, get this....he didn't charge us!!! Getting that kind of courtesy from a service company is unheard of. Consequently, I will be sure to remember their name and share it with anyone I come across who needs the help they can provide. I'm very satisfied with this interaction.

Thank you to your whole team who provided prompt and friendly service the same day I called. David Morgan arrived sooner than expected. He went above + beyond to listen to my concerns, thoroughly diagnose the problems and explain in a way I could understand. He walked me through step- by -step and answered all my questions in a very helpful manner. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly he was. We have a very heavy door that the existing motor/opener was not able to support. It was metal grating on metal. David installed a new heavy-duty opener that is so whisper-quiet, I love it!!

Exceeded Expectations... Requested a quote for replacement door sealing and alternatively a new garage door. In less than 2 hours David Morgan had called and was at our home. David inspected, explained what was going on and was very consultative in identifying, explaining and presenting our options and benefits of the same. Turns out no new door was needed, just maintenance and support upgrades, which saved us a lot of $$. After all upgrades were made including. Quiet motor package, David explained maintenance and demonstrated the improvements. We are VERY pleased with the turnaround time, responsiveness, professionalism, project completion time (work began immediately) and quality of work. Precision has our recommendation for future projects.
