I needed a spring replaced on my garage door. I called in the work order and was surprised to get a live person to talk to which is reassuring to begin with. Service tech Tim came to do the job. He was clear and concise about pricing, upgrades to the better springs. He was speedy and the job went well. I highly recommend Precision to my friends.

Tim Jr. was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We had a broken spring and all the original creaking parts. Tim reviewed our options with us and showed us the areas of concern. We decided to replace all the load bearing parts. Tim completed the job faster than expected and we couldn’t be more satisfied!

Tim Tomlinson was just out here as I kept having a wheel pop off the track and the door would not shut. He quickly assessed the issues replaced the wheel and made sure all was running perfectly before he left. He was super polite and very respectful of our home. And gave me some pointers to look out for so we don’t have issues in the future or to catch things before they become issues. Super insightful. I see why Precision Door Service gets 5 ?? Percent rep and did a great job. If I need anything again or anyone in my neighborhood needs their garage door repaired I’ll be sending them to Precision and I’ll have them ask for Tim T.

Had the pleasure of working with Dmitri today. I woke up to the sound that nobody wants to hear, the chain on our garage door breaking. Not to mention, we are working to get our house listed to sell in less than 48hrs. After calling Precision at 9am, Dmitri was at our house at by 2pm, we quickly talked through the issue and he had it fixed in 30mins. Precision came out on a Sunday to repair our garage door. (No extra charge for the weekend) Technician, Adam, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had the garage door up and running very quickly. He explained all of the work done and installed a new control button that was not part of the original work order.

I actually remembered your ad about same day service (in most cases) when I realized why my garage door would not open. Called after 6:00 p.m. and was promptly answered and scheduled for service the next day. Serviceman called my landline number as requested and here promptly at scheduled time. Tom came out and inspected the overall door, told me what he felt needed replaced along with the bottom seal (reason for service visit) and an estimate for each. I decided to just replace bottom seal (after my bottom seal fix only lasted ~8 months), but good to know cost of other work if needed in future. Tom was friendly and professional and got the job done in no time! great overall service and happy with the better more robust seal, and will use again in the future if needed.
