Just want to say that the service tech, Trevor, was outstanding in terms of understanding the issue I had and worked hard to resolve the problem. The door issue I had was unique and specific to the door bottom weather seal and how it contacted a very uneven cement garage floor. I'm satisfied with the outcome of Trevor's work. His customer rapport is excellent and you can easily tell he knows what he is doing. He works hard. Nice guy for sure. Everything was fully explained ahead of the work being done.

You know I could do the review but it probably wouldn't look good. Your model set me up with over a $5000 estimate and ultimately a $300 repair was needed. I can't believe that every part of my my garage door system needed replaced besides the panels. But apparently they did. Weird on an 18 year old door. It's a garage door after all. Let's not overthink it. But if you are correct then probably cheaper to get a whole new door than to replace every piece of hardware plus labor on door. I won't be back. So I will also refrain from your review. Oh wait after actually typing this out and reading it back to myself, I think it would be a good idea to let others know of my experience.

Precision fixed my broken garage door opener last year and did an excellent job. That is why I called them back to replace the weatherstripping on both and fix the other garage door. It works so much better and is so quiet. Thanks so much, Trevor, for all your excellent work!!

It was easy to set an appointment online and the communication from the technician was spot on! The technician that came to our house was Trevor Derifield, he was polite, informative and considerate of all the issue I brought up. After his assessment, I was able to choose what Items I wanted done. After he completed the repairs he showed me all the items that were fixed or adjusted. I never thought my garage door could be so quite! Thanks for the amazing work.

Great service. Called recently about a spring being broken. When the tech got here he looked it over and agreed with me. He also did a thorough inspection while he was here. He explained that my rollers were in need of replacement as well, and may contribute to a shorter life span of part. In a short time he was able to replace the spring, which he informed me was still under warranty for no charge. He replaced all of my rollers and greased all of the other moving parts. He was very customer oriented, and explained things very thoroughly. Thank you for a job well done.

The technician did a detailed inspection of the entire door operation. He then recommended parts that may have problems in the future. We decided since he was here now, and the parts and door are about 14 years old, to do the work he talked to us in detail. WOW, what a difference in the door operation when he was done.

I scheduled online very easily. While there were same-day options, I scheduled for Sunday. What a relief that they have hours that fit my busy schedule! The technician, Trevor, was very friendly and informative, and gave me all the options to fix my garage door issues. Precision Overhead Door was great. Within 24 hours of calling due to a non-functioning garage door opener keypad, everything was fixed. A technician came out that day and gave me a few options. After making a decision, I called Precision Overhead Door and they were able to send me the same technician, Trevor, who provided me with the options, to fix the issue. All within 24 hours. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with Precision Overhead Door, especially if Trevor is your technician.
