Great service. Called recently about a spring being broken. When the tech got here he looked it over and agreed with me. He also did a thorough inspection while he was here. He explained that my rollers were in need of replacement as well, and may contribute to a shorter life span of part. In a short time he was able to replace the spring, which he informed me was still under warranty for no charge. He replaced all of my rollers and greased all of the other moving parts. He was very customer oriented, and explained things very thoroughly. Thank you for a job well done.

My garage door would not open so I needed to call someone to come check it out. I had seen the precision Garage Door trucks around, and they had a local office, so I decided to call them. I was very, very pleased with the service. The problem was diagnosed, fixed, plus both my doors were lubed and the tech even cleaned off the wood dust (from the garage workshop) from the top of my garage door opener and blow it away out of my garage! We had a fantastic experience with Precision when our garage door spring unexpectedly broke after just 5 years. I was surprised it failed so soon, but Precision responded quickly and professionally. The technician clearly explained our options and offered an upgrade to a heavy-duty spring system with a much higher cycle rating and a 7-year warranty. While the upgraded system was a bit more expensive, it was a no-brainer given the long-term reliability and peace of mind it offers. The installation was smooth, and the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Our main spring broke at 3:30 and I called Precision and told them we needed to leave by 6:00 PM. The woman who took my call reassured me that the technician was finishing another job and would be available after 4:00. I received a txt message that he was on his way. Trevor was very polite and explained what I needed, and he used an iPad to show me options to make decisions whether to upgrade. No pressure sales. I took the less expensive option and Trevor had it replaced by 5:45. I was very impressed with the service.
