Knew the spring was broken. Imani did a thorough inspection and found several things that could be improved. Opted for the recommended repairs including an new belt drive opener. She knows her stuff! Door is so quiet and operating extremely well! Highly recommend!

One star because 0 stars wasn't possible. I needed my garage door spring replaced and called out Precision. Imani was my technician and she tried to convince my wife to pay $2400 for this repair. After telling her multiple times we wouldn't pay that much, the price dropped and dropped and dropped until my wife agreed to $700 which was still too high for the single spring set up she installed. This type of tactic is beyond dishonest.

Quick same-day service. The gentleman that came to our home was wonderful. Thomas was very professional and friendly. He did the job ( in the rain) I might add, He explained everything he did and showed me what still needs to be done, through another company. My garage door is sealed and very little co ok d air comes in now. Before it was like cc a freezer in the garage. I can't say enough about Precision Garage Door Repair. They are a wonderful company and Thomas is the best! Call them if you need a repair done on your garage door. Pics are the sides and. bottom of the door. Before the sides and bottom were open along. I had the pleasure of meeting with Tom Palmer today. He met me at the home I am building and buying at the end of this month. He helped me to understand the parts of the garage door and asked me what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and gave me options on what was available for me to choose from. He gave estimates on 3 types of motors and lifts. I will diffidently give him a call in the next 3 weeks.

We had our new garage door system installed 3 years ago. Just recently, we had issues with one of the doors opening sometime during the night. We’d wake up to find a door open, which put our cars and possessions in the garage at risk. I called the office for help and we had a repairman visit later in the day! Our issue required one more visit from a repairman to resolve ultimately, but we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Speedy reply and pleasant, skilled repairmen to help us. Plus, their visits were part of our original installation so we incurred no additional costs for their visits. What a pleasant surprise! So happy we found Precision Garage Doors a few years ago. We couldn’t be happier!!
