I am a repeat customer with Precision Garage door and I was very satisfied with Thomas Timmons. He was very professional and courteous,plus very knowledgeable about what I wanted. He gave me 2 different estimates on new garage doors, plus an estimate on just fixing the problem I was concerned about. I will be making a decision on which estimate to go for. I would and have highly recommended PD for all your Garage door needs. If your looking for a repairmen, I highly recommend Thomas Timmons.

Our technician, David was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem right away, the springs and explained how and why it happened. While it was not great craftsmanship from the previous installers he was upfront about pricing and what needed to be done. We went with the powder coated springs because we do use our garage door a good amount. I thought he was a great guy who did a stand up job!!

I had service done before on my coil, so when the garage opener was goofy I called Precision Doors. The receptionist was absolutely a doll and understood my frustration. When Joe showed up I was glad to see him because I had him before. We discussed my options and in less than an hour my new opener was installed! So pleased. Thank you Joe and Precision Door!!!

Garage would not shut on a Friday evening. I called Precision Garage Door, they scheduled Joe M to come out on Saturday morning. Due to Joes' expertise, the garage door is now closed. I cannot thank Precision enough for the quick scheduling of repair service. Thank you.

From the time I made the. Call to the time they was done was very impressive. I call them at 10 and they scheduled it the same day at 2 to 6 Matt called me about 330 and said he was going to be there in 40 mins. When he arrived he was great explained everything step by step and got the door working In the same day I would recommend them to any one. Have not recy customer service that good for a long time . Want to thank everyone I spoke with and Matt is a valuable asset to your team. Thank you again

Service date 9.26.23 my tech was David Crowe. He was very friendly and had great customer service! I felt he really took care of my door issue. I was just impressed with the company service over all. I was not expecting to get a warranty on my repair, but I ended up with a 7 year warranty! Well done!

I was devastated when I discovered my broken garage door Precision employees were respectful Michael was on time and the technician explained what happened and how it could be repaired We compared costs to a replacement He completed the repair quickly and I was able to have access to my car in just a few hours

Walker was very professional and informative I ask him several questions and he answered them and explained to me how they worked. Didn't plan on spending a whole lot of money but he pointed out things that were on their their last legs and probably wouldn't last much longer. I am in charge of all the house repairs since my spouse isn't able too anymore so I elected to have them fixed before they broke and with the 5 year warranty I don't need to worry about them. Would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.
