Knew the spring was broken. Imani did a thorough inspection and found several things that could be improved. Opted for the recommended repairs including an new belt drive opener. She knows her stuff! Door is so quiet and operating extremely well! Highly recommend!

One star because 0 stars wasn't possible. I needed my garage door spring replaced and called out Precision. Imani was my technician and she tried to convince my wife to pay $2400 for this repair. After telling her multiple times we wouldn't pay that much, the price dropped and dropped and dropped until my wife agreed to $700 which was still too high for the single spring set up she installed. This type of tactic is beyond dishonest.

Quick same-day service. The gentleman that came to our home was wonderful. I had the pleasure of meeting with Tom Palmer today. He met me at the home I am building and buying at the end of this month. He helped me to understand the parts of the garage door and asked me what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and gave me options on what was available for me to choose from. He gave estimates on 3 types of motors and lifts. I will diffidently give him a call in the next 3 weeks.
