David did an awesome job installing two new garage door opener motors today with remotes including syncing these two with an existing door opener. He arrived when scheduled, prepared & completed the job in a few hours. He needed a couple things which another truck brought to him so he didn't have to leave this job (that's so smart to have that option set up by this company). David made sure everything on all 3 doors was checked out, synced & working correctly, that we we were instructed on the proper use & cleaned up before he left us...his very happy customers,

We called to have a broken spring replaced. The tech arrived on time. He took quite awhile before quoting a price. It was because he was preparing a proposal for replacing everything with a complete new opener, Wi Fi enabled etc. to the tune of almost $4,000. We felt the company had more of an interest in selling a lot of additional items, rather than repairing the spring that was broken. In addition, we felt it was way overpriced. In hindsight, I wish we would have thanked them for their information and then called someone else to fix it.

James reprogrammed our garage door opener. Other company told us that we need to replace the unit. We were charged $69 by Precision to reprogram, while other company was asking $1,200 to replace the opener (Which was not needed).

Joe came in within an hour of the phone call request for help on my garage door. It took a couple of hours to replace parts and fix the door supports to the ceiling. Joe did an excellent Job! Door works great after he finished!

The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. Precision answered the telephone immediately and scheduled a technician within a couple hours. David M arrived on time and was very courteous, clean and conscientious. David thoroughly explained the options available with the cost of each. His work was outstanding and the garage door operated better than new. We were so pleased we had him replace the springs on our single bay door. I had used Precision Garage Door of Columbus at a previous house, so when our opener failed where we live now, they were our first call. Jason Daring arrived right on time, made a prompt assessment of the situation and provided me with several options for repair. Jason performed the repairs timely, with no mess, and explained all aspects of new equipment, all within the quoted amount. Jason is knowledgeable; more importantly he is very friendly and easy to work with.

The company responded with a same day appointment that was secured easily online. Tim came out and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He helped rectify the situation and provided a helpful safety survey to be shared with the actual door installer for warranty coverage. I highly recommend this company!
