Timeliness (less than 1 day turnaround), quality, service mindset, and friendliness is second to none. Cameron Flack was our technician. He explained in detail what he planned to do after performing a safety check. He went above and beyond fixing the broken spring (main reason for the service), tightening the loose chain, replacing the bearings, etc. Thank you Cameron and Precision Garage Door Service!

Precision did a great job! They arrived during our scheduled window and gave me a call to let me know they were on the way. Our technician (Imani) was excellent! She answered all of my questions, explained everything they offered, and provided the pricing as I considered various options. My garage door malfunctioned early on a Sunday morning and was terribly cockeyed and off track. My truck was trapped and I had a busy day scheduled. I called Precision Door at 8:30 am, a tech was at my home by 10:20 am, and the garage door was repaired and working better than before by 11:00 am. Precision Door tech "Danny" did a great job!

Walker F came out to check on our garage door that had recently fallen off the track, since the company who originally installed the springs and cables could not come out right away. He diagnosed the issue and politely explained it in as much detail as requested. We were very appreciative of his patience and professional demeanor. Although we ultimately requested for the original company to fix the issue that Walker correctly diagnosed, we will definitely look to working with Precision for future needs and will recommend them to others.

Precision Overhead Door was great. Within 24 hours of calling due to a non-functioning garage door opener keypad, everything was fixed. A technician came out that day and gave me a few options. After making a decision, I called Precision Overhead Door and they were able to send me the same technician, Trevor, who provided me with the options, to fix the issue. All within 24 hours. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with Precision Overhead Door, especially if Trevor is your technician.

David did an awesome job installing two new garage door opener motors today with remotes including syncing these two with an existing door opener. He arrived when scheduled, prepared & completed the job in a few hours. He needed a couple things which another truck brought to him so he didn't have to leave this job (that's so smart to have that option set up by this company). David made sure everything on all 3 doors was checked out, synced & working correctly, that we we were instructed on the proper use & cleaned up before he left us...his very happy customers,

We called to have a broken spring replaced. The tech arrived on time. He took quite awhile before quoting a price. It was because he was preparing a proposal for replacing everything with a complete new opener, Wi Fi enabled etc. to the tune of almost $4,000. We felt the company had more of an interest in selling a lot of additional items, rather than repairing the spring that was broken. In addition, we felt it was way overpriced. In hindsight, I wish we would have thanked them for their information and then called someone else to fix it.

Easily one of the best home service experiences I've had in a long time. Our garage door failed in dramatic fashion around 9pm in the evening and Ron was here to take a look at the damage at 10am the next morning. 2 hours after that everything was working better than the day it was installed.
