Joe came in within an hour of the phone call request for help on my garage door. It took a couple of hours to replace parts and fix the door supports to the ceiling. Joe did an excellent Job! Door works great after he finished!

The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. Precision answered the telephone immediately and scheduled a technician within a couple hours. David M arrived on time and was very courteous, clean and conscientious. David thoroughly explained the options available with the cost of each. His work was outstanding and the garage door operated better than new. We were so pleased we had him replace the springs on our single bay door. David was very professional, focused and took his time with attention to details. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

It was a weekend when the garage door spring broke. I called about noon, an appointment was scheduled for 2 pm to 6 pm. Patrick arrived about 4 pm after having called me when he was about 10 minutes away. He worked quickly and efficiently.

I had used Precision Garage Door of Columbus at a previous house, so when our opener failed where we live now, they were our first call. Jason Daring arrived right on time, made a prompt assessment of the situation and provided me with several options for repair. Jason performed the repairs timely, with no mess, and explained all aspects of new equipment, all within the quoted amount. Jason is knowledgeable; more importantly he is very friendly and easy to work with.

We had several issues going on with our garage door. Precision was able to get our problems resolved the same day that we called. Matt Eberly was their tech that came to our home and he provided us with explanations we could easily understand on what the various problems were and options we had to correct. Matt was professional and committed to doing a good job for us. He was even able to use our previous Genie remotes and set them up to also work with the new unit which helps our family with 3 drivers so everyone has access to open both garage doors. We had a good experience with Precision and will call them again if another issue comes up with our garage doors.

Precision Door Service came out on a Sunday and repaired our garage door. Tom T. did excellent job was very thorough and knowledgeable on evaluating our entire overhead garage door before repairing the door. Tom when over everything the door needed with me, to get my approval on what should be repaired. He also quoted me a price at this time. There was no pressure at all. Precision replaced the following items on our garage door, new cables, rollers, torsion wheel bearings, adjusted our door. I give Tom T. 5 star rating. He worked very hard on the garage door repair. (32 years old) Tom T. was very professional, polite and respectful. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and TomT.

Jason is probably the friendliest and most helpful tech I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I am sure he alone increases your business through referrals. He was honest about your products and did an excellent job at explaining them in a way that helped me make a decision, and installation was fast and clean. He even programmed my opener in my car. The opener works smoothly and quietly, just what I wanted.

Called Precision based on their great looking as well as informative website. We had a spring break on our double door, so we needed help fast. Precision was able to come within 4 hours of calling them. Technician was David S.; very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He offered up great solutions to some of my door challenges. When he was finished, our door worked better than it has for 15 years. Highly recommended!

James reprogrammed our garage door opener. Other company told us that we need to replace the unit. We were charged $69 by Precision to reprogram, while other company was asking $1,200 to replace the opener (Which was not needed).
