Your representative that came to the house worked on our garage door for over four hours in the bitter cold and was not able to repair the door. It’s a new door that was installed incorrectly. The opening is square plum and level, but the door does not close properly, and there are gaps around the perimeter of the door. I gave your company two stars because I appreciated the effort of your technician, but I still have the problem with the door. I will contact your company again in the near future and hopefully you will send a seasoned representative that can correct the problem. Please be aware that I do not blame your representative. The door is new, but I believe the weather and the poor installation of the original door played a big role in the technician not able to repair it.

And Matt Eberly did an excellent job and even checked our other door and said it was fine but in a couple years or so would probably need work. He was so right. The installer was great, and though the current prices were a bit of a shock - our old lift master was 26 and still worked, just lost its ability to communicate to a remote or new vehicles. Would have liked a stronger motor, but happy with the product and price and the warranty. Chose you as an extension of the old original installer - several merger/name changes, but service was just as good as the original - or better

Garage Door is all fixed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service in Columbus. Their service is INCREDIBLE! David Morgan, our tech, was super cool. He didn’t try to sell us crap we don’t need. Reprogrammed everything and when we asked about an extra remote for our cars, he had one on hand and programmed it for us. Also, before they show up they send you a confirmation email including pictures of their technicians so you know who to expect when they show up. That is some above and beyond service right there!!!

I was very happy with the service. Mr Walker answered all my questions and was very professional all the way through the process. He also said he could install a new opener for a very reasonable price, I had bought it about a year ago and just hadn't installed it yet. Had a garage door spring break which needed to be replaced. Kayne Sickler was the technician that arrived to perform the repairs. Kayne was awesome, he quickly assessed the situation and recommended repairs and presented options. The repair was completed within an hour and the door works so much better now. Very pleased with the repair on my door. Tom was able to arrive on time and explained my options to fix my door and it works as good as a new door. He did.the job and was very friendly in explaining what maintenance i need to do. We had a motion light that wasn’t working properly. Precision came out and fix it without a problem and it was still under warranty so we had no charge. They are a wonderful company to work with. They stand by their warranties. They treat their customers like they’re actually people. They don’t take advantage of customers. I will continue using this company for any of my garage door needs.
