From the first person I talked with to the installer, each person I dealt with was professional and courteous. Luckily, my garage door was in stock and they came out the next day to install it. They called when they said they would and arrived on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

We were very pleased with our interactions with Precision Door from start to finish. We contacted them because we needed to repair or replace our garage door. They scheduled a rep to come out and evaluate our door on the same day. Sarah arrived promptly at the time indicated and assessed the condition of the door. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave us a few options and was not pushy. We were able to schedule the installation of the new door in a few days. Lake was scheduled to replace the door and he too arrived at the specified time. He worked steadily and installed the new door in the time he had indicated. He had to follow up with another visit to install the correct trim. Once again he arrived at the specified time. We were very impressed with the company's service. An e-mail confirming the staff member who would be coming to do the work preceded each visit. The e-mail included pictures and names of the staff members. A phone call preceded each visit with an approximate time of arrival. We would highly recommend Precision Door for quality of product, customer service and professional staff members.

The appointment time went from morning through the website to 12-2pm confirmation later sent, to her arrival at 2:45pm. I guess if I had something else to do this would have been irritating, but I didn't and she was very polite and quick.

The sad news is we needed a new garage door but the great news is how amazing the people at this company were. I had seen an ad, and my husband googled…we called each other with the same company! Isn’t that the hardest part? Knowing who to call. But the experience itself warrants this 5 star review. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Sarah was amazing…she helped us navigate options and made it easy to say yes, going the extra mile to call and get our order in before close. And my car was trapped in our garage- Dustin came out and got that out safely. What a relief. I’d highly recommend this company.

I’m so glad that I chose Precision Door to install my new garage door. If I could give more than five stars I would. Everyone, starting with Sarah, who I wish was my neighbor, was wonderful to deal with. The actual removal of the old door and installation of the new took just a little over two hours.
