Received great service from Precision Garage Doors today. Easy to schedule, showed up on time, Imani was familiar with the issue and fixed it professionally and timely. Also went beyond the call, upon leaving, noticed the door wasn’t flush with the ground and came back in to fix it! Also lubed all the wheels! Efficient, polite and knowledgeable with system. Our tec was amazing. Diagnosed issue( motor ) was fried from lightning surge. Educated about the correct light bulb ( not led) on the opener . This caused connection issues with our car openers! Who new!! Great job ! Would recommend to all! Dan Jones

We had Precision out here about 5 years ago and they did significant work and got our garage door working well. But we have being having issues with the door closing for the past month or so and had them out again. It just so happens it was the same person from 5 years ago - Tim. That says a lot, knowing that the same person is still with Precision. Tim was great and it only took him about 1-2 minutes to fix the problem and there was no charge. Precision has come out quickly each time and taken care of the problem. I would recommend them to others.

Our garage door (two-car and pretty heavy) was in need of repair due to a broken spring. This occurred on Sunday morning, July 6. Having had excellent prior experience with Precision Garage Door at a previous residence, we called and arranged a repair visit for that same day. The technicians arrived within the specified arrival window (between 10: am and noon) and did an excellent job of making the repair and providing recommendations after inspecting all of the garage door components.
