We had Jacob Jones come to our home to originally repair a very old garage door opener. Upon discussing the situation, it was determined that we should replace it as it was so old the original opener wasn't produced any longer. Jacob was very professional and explained everything to us. We had the new opener installed and Jacob was very thorough with checking that everything was installed well and working perfectly. A huge thank you to Jacob for the phenomenal job. I will be recommending this company to any and all who need garage door repairs or installations.

He showed and talked me through everything he was doing and why. He explained how and when to use lubricant on the rail and springs. He was super quick with the tear down and reinstall. I had a spring break a few days before New Years. I called Precision on my in-laws recommendation. Within 2 hours the tech, Tom, was at my door. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. My door was over 20 years old, so I asked him to just inspect the whole thing. He told me the things that needed done, other things he recommended and things that were still good. I went with his recommendations and 2 hours later it’s like a new door. I highly recommend this company, and Tom was awesome to deal with.

Cameron and Joe were great! They arrived less than 90 minutes after I called for emergency repair service. Cameron outlined my options very clearly from absolutely required repairs to replacing the whole unit as it is over 25 yrs old.
