Garage door service was EXCELLENT! Mike came out and adjusted the garage door so it fit tighter when closed up. Before, air was blowing in from both sides of the garage door. I will always be using Precision Garage Door Co. in the future!!

Beware questionable business practices,asked for an estimate tech said he needed to see the door first,it had broke the spring and one of the cables on the front side,the tech took the left hand side apart of course so when he gave me his ridiculous estimate eventually I would feel compelled to allow it,he gave me a $2330.00 estimate to not only replace the spring and cables but all kinds of parts for the door ,plus an additional future rebalancing of tge door at a later date,unbelievable, I told him to just replace the spring and the two cables ,he was upset and angry but did the work and charged me $584.00 to do the spring and cables,he has obviously been trained to up sell and charge people ridiculous money for things they dont need,I obviously will never use this company again and highly recommend you dont either.

Called for an appointment, Joe was here within 30 minutes. He installed a new garage door opener, struts, and rollers on my old garage door. Very kind, explained everything that needed to be done and told me I could choose what I wanted to have done that day. Cleaned up everything to where you can’t even tell he was here, except that my garage door opener works and is very quiet! Would recommend Precision and especially Joe for any necessary repairs or installations.

My husband and I worked with Sara Crowe for over a year trying to find the perfect doors for our house. Sara was absolutely amazing. She was patient, very informative, and really worked to make sure we were happy with our final decision, we talked to many garage door companies and no one made us feel as comfortable as sara did! The repair technician was very patient and explained all of my options. He assessed the overall health of the garage door and the mechanics. He provided me with a list of items he recommended and explained the urgent items versus items that could be taken care of down the road. Called around 0900 for service Technician was onsite by 1200 Very thorough inspection Tech advised what had failed and needed replaced also advised other items that could be addressed Tech was very professional and polite Door was repaired and serviced in about 1.5 hours I did feel the replacement parts were a little pricey but I also understand that things cost money and the labor rates must be in the cost. All in all I am pleased with the service

I called at 2:00pm hoping to get an appointment next week. They were at my home by 4:30. My garage door was making a noise when I opened or shut it. Matt was very informative as to what was going on with my door and even showed me things I could do to protect my door and maintenance I could do to keep it in the best operating condition. He understood that being a widow, we have to learn to do things for ourselves. He was patient, considerate and was not afraid of my 75lb Doberman who took to him right away. Animals are the best judges of character. I have always appreciated Precision Garage Door's excellent service and quick turn around times. I am glad we selected them when we had our first garage door issue.
