After booking my appointment with Precision, I received a confirmation saying who my technician wound be, with his picture and when he should arrive. He came between the time line they told me. Mike assessed the problem and took his time explaining everything to me. He had the patience to go through all the options with me, and then he went through everything again after the job was completed. Mike was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Precision repaired my brother's garage door today (Troy Page) and he was pleased with the work. I had a garage door opener(operator) that needed to be reattached. The technician (Imani Vance) was professional. quick, cleaned up after her work and was great to work with. I also liked the fact that we got a year's warranty with the work. It cost $300.40. I wasn't eligible for a discount but glad that your company does offer them.

Great service and install. My main problem is with pricing. The price is quite high and all components seem to have labor and warranty built into the price. Additionally, the installer was not very transparent about this and either didn't know or was trying to hide it. A quick Google of these actual part prices show they were charging more than 5x the actual cost of the part. I know you're running a business and I certainly expect some mark-up, but that seems excessive. I would have preferred a more itemized price breakdown where the labor and warranty dollar amounts are clear. That being said they did use quality components and the warranty is nice to have.

Same day online appointment that was able to come and fix the problems. Compassionate company that stayed late on a Friday night and repaired the keypad and replaced all the hardware supporting the door top to bottom. I highly recommend using this company! My home is certainly better since calling them!

We had Jacob Jones come to our home to originally repair a very old garage door opener. Upon discussing the situation, it was determined that we should replace it as it was so old the original opener wasn't produced any longer. Jacob was very professional and explained everything to us. We had the new opener installed and Jacob was very thorough with checking that everything was installed well and working perfectly. A huge thank you to Jacob for the phenomenal job.
