Exceeded Expectations... Requested a quote for replacement door sealing and alternatively a new garage door. In less than 2 hours David Morgan had called and was at our home. David inspected, explained what was going on and was very consultative in identifying, explaining and presenting our options and benefits of the same. Turns out no new door was needed, just maintenance and support upgrades, which saved us a lot of $$. After all upgrades were made including. Quiet motor package, David explained maintenance and demonstrated the improvements. We are VERY pleased with the turnaround time, responsiveness, professionalism, project completion time (work began immediately) and quality of work. Precision has our recommendation for future projects.

Responded within 20 minutes of the scheduled. Was courteous and diligent with the problem solving. The problem was one he had not seen before, but talked to his supervisor twice and discovered the needed solution. He spoke with the factory to obtain the part under warranty. Turns out Genie only warrants parts for 1yr, but Precision stepped up and honored their 2yr warranty. It was nice they did that since I was 3 days out of warranty. Precision is the type of company that other companies should model their business after.

Went online around 11pm on a Saturday evening to see if I could line up something for the next week. To my surprise they had Sunday times available. Made an online appointment for Sunday morning. They called to confirm and he was out first thing Sunday. Everything was complete by 11a Sunday morning. Very quick process from start to finish. Quality service for a reasonable price

We had Dylan as our tech today, and he was everything you wanted for a house call repair. Prompt with good communication, professional, knowledgeable, and nicer than he had to be. Despite scheduling the visit in good faith and expecting a resolution to the issue, no actual service was performed. Nevertheless, I was charged a $50 fee without any explanation or justification for the cost. The technician arrived, briefly assessed the situation, and left without making any repairs or offering meaningful guidance. There was no follow-up, no quote for future work, and no value provided in exchange for the fee. It felt less like a professional service and more like a transactional visit designed to collect payment without delivering results. I believe in compensating businesses fairly for their time and expertise, but this experience fell short of even the most basic standards of customer care. I would strongly advise others to seek alternative providers who prioritize transparency, accountability, and genuine service.

Because you are a real professional! You allow installment payments and checks. Very few companies do that anymore. I just wish new motors the least expensive was still alot of money for me since I only work part-time now. Unfortunately, that seems to be how everything is these past few years. Our main spring broke at 3:30 and I called Precision and told them we needed to leave by 6:00 PM. The woman who took my call reassured me that the technician was finishing another job and would be available after 4:00. I received a txt message that he was on his way. Trevor was very polite and explained what I needed, and he used an iPad to show me options to make decisions whether to upgrade. No pressure sales. I took the less expensive option and Trevor had it replaced by 5:45. I was very impressed with the service.

In a word...Yes! This is how you run a successful business. Joe was fantastic all around, starting with a call ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he took some time to ask me what I was looking for, really listened, assessed the garage environment, explained the process, drafted three options, and was done installing a new garage door opener within an hour. Hey carpet, window, and roofing companies...pay attention over here. No pressure sales. No haggling over a price. No calling a manager back at the office to see if the price can be specially lowered "just this one time." No hour long sales pitch trying to convince me Precision's products are better than the competition's. This is how you do it. This is how quality customer service is prioritized over increased profit margins. You could learn a couple dozen things from this company.
