Your representative that came to the house worked on our garage door for over four hours in the bitter cold and was not able to repair the door. It’s a new door that was installed incorrectly. The opening is square plum and level, but the door does not close properly, and there are gaps around the perimeter of the door. I gave your company two stars because I appreciated the effort of your technician, but I still have the problem with the door. I will contact your company again in the near future and hopefully you will send a seasoned representative that can correct the problem. Please be aware that I do not blame your representative. The door is new, but I believe the weather and the poor installation of the original door played a big role in the technician not able to repair it.

Joe McCormish, the opener installer, did a great job. I was given a 4 hour window and he was here 15 minutes after the window started. Joe was friendly, courteous and discussed my options in detail. He installed 2 openers in 2 and a half hours. I was grateful that he was available to do the work today. I would highly recommend Precision to others.

I contacted them because the wall bottom for my garage door wasn’t working. I was surprisingly told that there would be no service charge for them coming to check it out. The technician checked it out and concluded that it might be a bigger, more expensive problem than just the wall switch. I decided to just use my other remote for the time being. And just as promised, no charge for the call. Much appreciated!

Cameron was great to work with! He repaired the weather stripping at the base of my garage door very efficiently. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. He also made some other tweaks to my garage door to give a better seal without me even asking! Price for repair was over inflated and they price adjusted down after complaining to the tech and then got a reasonable price after threatening to use another company. Door only worked a couple times. Had to call and they sent a different tech out to fix it properly.

The experience was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more. The technician, Imani, was professional, on time and very cordial. She assessed my situation and gave me an estimate on repair. Once agreed on the work, she took her hour or so to fix the problem as expected, balanced the weight of the door and lubricated all parts. The garage door is back in perfect condition. And this was in cold and windy conditions. Again, I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. My hats off to Precision, you run a great company!

He went above + beyond to listen to my concerns, thoroughly diagnose the problems and explain in a way I could understand. Exceeded Expectations... Requested a quote for replacement door sealing and alternatively a new garage door. In less than 2 hours David Morgan had called and was at our home. David inspected, explained what was going on and was very consultative in identifying, explaining and presenting our options and benefits of the same. Turns out no new door was needed, just maintenance and support upgrades, which saved us a lot of $$. After all upgrades were made including. Quiet motor package, David explained maintenance and demonstrated the improvements. We are VERY pleased with the turnaround time, responsiveness, professionalism, project completion time (work began immediately) and quality of work. Precision has our recommendation for future projects.

Responded within 20 minutes of the scheduled. Was courteous and diligent with the problem solving. The problem was one he had not seen before, but talked to his supervisor twice and discovered the needed solution. He spoke with the factory to obtain the part under warranty. Turns out Genie only warrants parts for 1yr, but Precision stepped up and honored their 2yr warranty. It was nice they did that since I was 3 days out of warranty. Precision is the type of company that other companies should model their business after.

Went online around 11pm on a Saturday evening to see if I could line up something for the next week. To my surprise they had Sunday times available. Made an online appointment for Sunday morning. They called to confirm and he was out first thing Sunday. Everything was complete by 11a Sunday morning. Very quick process from start to finish. Quality service for a reasonable price
