The installer was great, and though the current prices were a bit of a shock - our old lift master was 26 and still worked, just lost its ability to communicate to a remote or new vehicles. Would have liked a stronger motor, but happy with the product and price and the warranty. Chose you as an extension of the old original installer - several merger/name changes, but service was just as good as the original - or better

The technician analyzed the operation and found that the safety photo eyes were not working. He replaced them and the door began with. He did not adjust the height the door raises and after he left I discovered that it is too low. He also promised that I would receive a receipt for the parts & labor of this visit and a quote for a replacement door opener. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY BY EMAIL OTHER THAN THIS SURVEY. I called Precision at 2:00pm, Dave was here to repair my garage door by 4:25pm. Took a look and inspected my door. Went over different options to have the door repaired, I chose what would work for my budget at this time. Dave got right to work and finished within an hour. Dave took the time to showed me what will need to be replaced in the future for a safe garage door. I highly recommend Precision garage repair company.

Joshua was helpful. He patiently answered all my questions, and was courteous throughout the service. He did good work, replacing all the moving parts on the old door. He was finished within the time-frame he estimated at the beginning of the service. Overall, I was very pleased with his work and with the finished product. I would not hesitate to use Precision again.

The problem we were having with our garage door opener got fixed...for now anyway. The repairman did nothing more than what we had been doing to the opener and door. But, for some reason, it worked for him. We hope the repair lasts - but it may not - as we made the same exact repair ourselves a few weeks ago; it worked at first, but the door gradually started to not close all of the way, and became worse with each day. The repairman was very professional, kind and considerate, and let us know of Precision Door's policy to apply today's repair fee to a call back if they must return to further figure out what problem the door might be having.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Danny Quinn. He called me on Saturday morning to let me know he was 30 minutes away, showed up exactly when he said he would, and was able to diagnose our door's problem super quickly. He made it easy to understand what the issue was, and then clearly laid out my options for repair, as well as payment options. After picking the right product, he was able to install the new parts and clean up the area completely in what felt like a very short time. Once he was finished with the install, he walked me through what he'd done, and also taught me where/when I should do upkeep maintenance. Danny is a champ, what a pleasant experience!

Our garage door had a broken spring and I called the original installer who quoted me a price 4x what Precision had quoted. The original installer could not fix the door today but would have someone call me tomorrow. Precision said they could send a man out today between 12:00 and 4:00 P.M. Precision's installer arrived just before Noon and left about 2: 15 P.M. Fast service, friendly installer (Jim) plus reasonable price. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service.

I booked an appointment on-line around 8am. James from Precision called at 9:04am and was at my home by 9:20am. He advised me on the issues with the door and explained several options for repair. Once I decided on repairs, he completed the work quickly and explained everything he did. Very reasonable pricing for the work done. I would definitely recommend Precision for garage door repairs.

We recently had our chain motor break on our garage door. When I called Precision, they were efficient in getting us scheduled same day and they were as friendly as always. The tech showed between the designated window and was fantastic. Adam H was an amazing tech. He weighed out the couple options that we had and we ultimately felt comfortable replacing the entire motor. Adam did a quick and effective job with the replacement. Highly recommend both the technician as well as the company.
