Issued fixed in less than 24 hours: Timeline (not exact, but you’ll see the point): - Monday 6PM: Garage door would only go up 6-8 inches, then stopped. - Monday 8PM: Called Precision Garage Door (PGD), automaTed lady (VERY realistic sounding by the way, almost had me fooled) was able to get an appointment for 12PM Tuesday (next day). - Tuesday 12PM: Technician (Salem) arrives on time. Immediately dives into troubleshooting the issue. - Tuesday 1230PM: Salem has identified the root cause of the problem. Begins explaining what issue is, how to repair/replace, and that he has all of the required materials to perform the task that day. - Tuesday 1PM: Service begins. - Tuesday 3PM: Service is complete. Walk through of the service that was compleTed. Payment. Hand shake. Thank you. Fixed in less than 24 hours of issue observed. Amazing. Shout out to Salem. True professional. Took time to explain and answer any questions I had.

Precision got me scheduled quickly and Mohammad showed up promptly for the appointment time and was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything he did for us and if we had any questions. Called to make an appointment for maintenance and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they could come out that day. The guy that came was polite and explained everything clearly. Made the decision to change the rollers, and ultimately decided to change the opener, as well. All work was completed during the initial visit. 10/10 recommend.

Called and a technician came out and fixed multiple issues with my busted garage door. The technician’s name was Cameron. He spoke well, was knowledgeable, skilled, and honest. He evaluated the door and then reviewed multiple repair options ranging from doing just what “needs” to be done, to what “should” be done, even to complete replacement. I felt comfortable discussing options with him. No high pressure sales tactics and no nonsense when explaining the likely reasons for failure.
