I called Precision Garage Door because I had used them at another residence. The background on the most recent call is: my wife and I came home and while exiting the garage, I pressed the button to close the garage. As the door came down, one of the cables broke and I heard a large boom. The garage door was cockeyed and couldn’t be moved up or down. I called Precision that evening and the earliest they could get to me was the following morning. Around 10:10 A.M. Mr. Danny Quinn called and told me he was on his way. After arriving, approximately 40 minutes later, the problem was fixed. He was very friendly, clearly knew what needed to be done, wanted to get this fixed ASAP so we could get our cars out of the garage. I was so impressed by this young man…..the next time I will specifically ask for him to come out.

I simply looked for a Genie garage door opener repair site and yours was first. Tom, your repairman, was very polite and cordial I showed him the Genie keypad we used to open the garage doorI forgot the Genie code. Tom repaired the apparatus asked me for a new 4-digit code and could not get the Genie to operate. Tom said he has never seen such old equipment and was very disappointed that he could not get the keypad to open the garage door. I can still open the garage door using the Genie opener we store in the car. Tom "put everything back the way he found it and did not charge me for his labor.

David Morgan was outstanding...very affable and knowledgeable. We needed new rails and belt drive for both of our openers due to wear and tear. He did excellent work and reset the timing etc. I highly recommend him for anyone needing work on their doors!!!

Our experience with this company was great. Our garage door spring broke 11pm on a Friday night. And by the time we realized it on Saturday we couldn’t connect our schedules to be home, so Bob was here 10am Sunday morning. It was 102* and yet he fixed two doors and lubricated the third… Very professional, kind, explained thing well and getting the job done Plus left it better than when arrived in the cleanup….. that’s GREAT Business !!! Service was immediate the day after contact, and on time. Door was repaired, appears to be operating as expected. The cost is a little greater than might be the case with other companies, but we've had service from another one in the past, which was not immediate, and communication regarding timing was poor. Used Precision in the past with very good results and service.

I was very pleased with the Genie opener quality and features. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful, and even helped with programming my built-in opener buttons in my vehicles after installation. I must be candid however regarding product cost. This product routinely retails for around $400. Even allowing for estimated cost of installation labor (which was not itemized), the markup was around 300%!

The tech, Danny, did a good job explaining why my opener wasn't performing well and after an estimate, was able to install the necessary new opener in good time.

One of our garage door springs broke over a weekend. Our cars were outside, so we used the online service to make an appointment for the following Monday. Easy to schedule at a convenient time. Joshua called us to let us know he was on his way and he showed up on-time. He was very professional and friendly. We discussed the door issue and he evaluated the entire door operation. We needed to replace both springs. We were advised ( not required ) to replace the 3 bearings on the door too. So we agreed to all repairs suggested, since we hadn't had that service in over 15 years. Joshua finished his work in a little over an hour. He showed us exactly how to grease the garage door springs and rollers to keep the door in good working order. The door works great now and we were very pleased with the interactions with Joshua and his work.
