Very impressed with the expertise of our technician. He corrected a problem from the initial installation and everything is working perfectly now. Quick and efficient repair. From first call to job completion, the whole process took less than 2 hours. Demitri showed up at our house ahead of schedule, assessed the situation with our faulty sensors, made a recommendation, and completed the repair all in under 30 minutes. Great service.

They arrived when they said would. Then called before coming. Jonathon, the service tech was great. Also, Precision has pictures of their technicians on their website. Jonathon gave me 3 different options to replace my door springs and explained each one. After I agreed on the service I wanted, he finished quickly. Will call again if needed.

Very easy interaction via chat on their website, same day turnaround. They installed a new spring and door opener and I didn't feel pressured to do anything other than the minimum.
