I had a wonderful experience with Precision Garage. From the moment I called to the end product, everything was A+!! Number 1: I felt pricing was reasonable and fair for what I needed. I called on a Tuesday, Dylan came to check it out and quote it, and he gave me great advice and insight. Alex came by Thursday morning and my garage system was installed before lunch! Alex did a wonderful job explaining to me what he was doing and left the site spotless. I cannot recommend this service enough!! Don't even call elsewhere!

Garage door spring/cable broke in the afternoon within a few hours Tom repairman arrived to fix break. Finally found ? Decided to buy new plastic door he said if I were his grandmother that is his recommendation. Friday William spent hours installing new door even put a part in the Genie. House built 1820 in Worthington Historic District on National Register my husband would turn over in his grave if he saw what I bought. Called Saturday told operator I need to change door to wood.

Our garage door opener quit working after partway closing the garage door. We had previously had Precision change our system from 2 springs to 4 springs and replace the rollers when one of the springs broke and were very happy with the work they did. I called to see when they could come out this time and was pleasantly surprised that it would be the same afternoon! Tom contacted us to let us know he was on the way and showed up within an hour or two after I had called to make the appointment. He provided a couple of options for the replacement of our 16-year old garage door opener and completed the work within a couple of hours. We couldn’t be more pleased with the friendly, quick response time, and courteous and professional work!

I called Precision Garage Door because I had used them at another residence. The background on the most recent call is: my wife and I came home and while exiting the garage, I pressed the button to close the garage. As the door came down, one of the cables broke and I heard a large boom. The garage door was cockeyed and couldn’t be moved up or down. I called Precision that evening and the earliest they could get to me was the following morning. Around 10:10 A.M. Mr. Danny Quinn called and told me he was on his way. After arriving, approximately 40 minutes later, the problem was fixed. He was very friendly, clearly knew what needed to be done, wanted to get this fixed ASAP so we could get our cars out of the garage. I was so impressed by this young man…..the next time I will specifically ask for him to come out.

I simply looked for a Genie garage door opener repair site and yours was first. Tom, your repairman, was very polite and cordial I showed him the Genie keypad we used to open the garage doorI forgot the Genie code. Tom repaired the apparatus asked me for a new 4-digit code and could not get the Genie to operate. Tom said he has never seen such old equipment and was very disappointed that he could not get the keypad to open the garage door. I can still open the garage door using the Genie opener we store in the car. Tom "put everything back the way he found it and did not charge me for his labor.

David Morgan was outstanding...very affable and knowledgeable. We needed new rails and belt drive for both of our openers due to wear and tear. He did excellent work and reset the timing etc. I highly recommend him for anyone needing work on their doors!!!

My son had a great experience so I scheduled a tuneup - Danny was so kind and thoughtful, I was sweeping out my garage and he offered to use his leaf blower to complete it for me, saved me time and effort. Our experience with this company was great. Our garage door spring broke 11pm on a Friday night. And by the time we realized it on Saturday we couldn’t connect our schedules to be home, so Bob was here 10am Sunday morning. It was 102* and yet he fixed two doors and lubricated the third… Very professional, kind, explained thing well and getting the job done Plus left it better than when arrived in the cleanup….. that’s GREAT Business !!! Thank you Bob !!!!!
