This is the only firm to answer their phone after 5. Our coil broke and they were out first call next day. Tom was professional and courteous and explained the problem and several options. The door works like new and we are extremely satisfied with their service.

Needed a garage door rebalanced before putting in a new opener. Called on Saturday and was able to get same day service, in less than two hours. Gary L. was the technician, arrived on time and went over the issue I was having. He offered to do an inspection on the door and went over his findings with me. Once we agreed on work to be done, he had all the parts and completed the work in about an hour. I was very happy with the service!

I chose Precision because I have seen their TV ads, so I knew the name. Door cable broke on Thursday, Matt arrived Friday morning to make the repairs. He was personable and professional.
