Called around 0900 for service Technician was onsite by 1200 Very thorough inspection Tech advised what had failed and needed replaced also advised other items that could be addressed Tech was very professional and polite Door was repaired and serviced in about 1.5 hours I did feel the replacement parts were a little pricey but I also understand that things cost money and the labor rates must be in the cost. All in all I am pleased with the service

Precision Garage Door - 03/25/2026 Thanks to Precision Garage Door for work done on my garage door on 3/25/2026. I called around 11am and technician Derek Mason was at my house at 12:30 pm. Derek fixed the immediate problem (broken spring) and did routine maintenance service on the entire door. Because the door opener was very old and poorly maintained, I purchased a new belt driven door opener. I appreciated the quick response, courtesy, professional, and efficient service. I recommend Precision Garage Door Services .

Absolutely fantastic service! Decided to use this company after many positive reviews from our neighbors. It was so easy to schedule next day service online- website is very user friendly. Technician called en route and gave accurate arrival time. Technicians Derek and Will were very polite and professional. They explained to us exactly what issues needed to be addressed and what they needed to do. The best part is, all the tools and parts they needed were already on their truck. In less than 3 hours, all work was finished. Before leaving, Derek and Will cleaned up all tools, the old garage parts they replaced and swept out our garage. We will use Precision again if we have any more needs and will recommend to anyone who asks!

Couldn’t open my garage door. They came within 3 hrs of my call. Derek was pleasant, diagnosed the problem and installed a new motor for my door. He even put some salt on the driveway because of the ice. I would certainly recommend them.

Same day online appointment that was able to come and fix the problems. Compassionate company that stayed late on a Friday night and repaired the keypad and replaced all the hardware supporting the door top to bottom. I highly recommend using this company! The installer (Derek) was very clear about my options to repair or replace the items which were making all the noise when the garage door was going up and down. We used Precision Garage Door when we had our new openers installed several years ago. Over time our keypads stopped working and not being good at home maintenance we just didn't get around to taking care of it. We did try switching out the battery and when that didn't work we just used our remote openers. However, I finally called Precision to come out and take care of it. First our appointment was scheduled quickly; the technician arrived on time, communication was excellent and the best part - there was no charge for the service!!
