The response was quicker than I expected. I was contacted by Derek within a few minutes that he was on the way to help me. He was very professional upon arrival, making sure to follow company policy. He did a very good inspection of the problem explaining to me what he thought would work and got my approval to correct the problem. Although i think the price was a little high, Darek did a very good job on my project. I assured him i would call him the next time i needed a door fix. I was unable to list all the parts used for the repairs purchased.

We built a new garage and needed a garage door opener installed. We had seen television advertising for Precision Garage Door and thought we'd give them a try. We were thrilled with our decision! They came out very quickly, gave a quote for 2 openers and did the work on the spot. Derek Mason was professional, courteous and gave a great deal of information so we learned a lot. We loved the openers he installed and also had him change the chain to a belt on our existing garage opener. We highly recommend Precision. What a difference. They can't have a better customer facing employee than Derek... he was great!

From the first phone call to the completion of the job the communication from the team was world class. The friendly lady who took my call and got me set up for same day service was outstanding. The next contact came from a real professional who reported on the time he said he would. His work was just excellent from the start of the job to completion. I was having problems with my door not opening. When I called, the person wasn't sure she could get someone out right away. But she checked, and said someone could get there about 4 PM. Derek Mason was there shortly after 4. He took his time checking everything, and discovered the problem was a leak, which caused the system short out when there was a heavy rain. He then spent 3 hours, fixing some other problems. I was impressed by how well he know his business. I know that if I have further problems, or decide to upgrade, I'll call Precision Garage Door....and ask for Derek!

From taking the service order, obtaining an appointment, calling 30 minutes in advance, describing the necessary repair, fixing the problem, the company's service was exceptional. It was unique as we have a renter in the home. The customer service was convenient and accurate. The technician, Deven M, was timely, helpful, and fixed our problem. Little disruption to the renter. This was the first time we used Precision Garage Door, but we will definitely do so again.

Garage door was cracking and screeching and really needed maintenance. I had used Precision before and actually recommended it to others. Their representative, Derek, did an excellent job. He was professional but courteous, friendly, and let us know exactly what he had to do. And, yes I would use them again. The only reason for the 4 star rating was I thought the price was too high. I could have refused the work and called another company, but I know from experience that Precision is one of the best.

I had many issues with my garage door. Derek arrived at 12:30pm and didn't leave till 6:00pm. He diagnosed all the problems, gave different options as to how to move forward.
