Precision Garage Door - 03/25/2026 Thanks to Precision Garage Door for work done on my garage door on 3/25/2026. I called around 11am and technician Derek Mason was at my house at 12:30 pm. Derek fixed the immediate problem (broken spring) and did routine maintenance service on the entire door. Because the door opener was very old and poorly maintained, I purchased a new belt driven door opener. I appreciated the quick response, courtesy, professional, and efficient service. Absolutely fantastic service! Decided to use this company after many positive reviews from our neighbors. It was so easy to schedule next day service online- website is very user friendly. Technician called en route and gave accurate arrival time. Technicians Derek and Will were very polite and professional. They explained to us exactly what issues needed to be addressed and what they needed to do. The best part is, all the tools and parts they needed were already on their truck. In less than 3 hours, all work was finished. Before leaving, Derek and Will cleaned up all tools, the old garage parts they replaced and swept out our garage. We used Precision Garage Door when we had our new openers installed several years ago. Over time our keypads stopped working and not being good at home maintenance we just didn't get around to taking care of it. We did try switching out the battery and when that didn't work we just used our remote openers. However, I finally called Precision to come out and take care of it. First our appointment was scheduled quickly; the technician arrived on time, communication was excellent and the best part - there was no charge for the service!! After inspecting the garage door and opener, he went over the details of his finding with me then came up with a priority list of repairs and options for the repairs. He and his helper installed the upgrades to the door and track along with installing a new garage door opener. The door is running quieter and seems more stable than before. Called late AM for a "Check-UP" on my garage door system so not an urgent call by any means. Shocked to hear they could come out same day. Derick arrived and did not identify any urgent issues as all was working at this time and stated there was no charge. After a very good educational discussion, I told him I like to operate in prevention mode rather than in problem mode.
