Appointment was easy to scheduled. Technician arrived on time. After looking at our garage door and evaluating problem. He explained the materials needed for the repair he then gave us the estimate. It was very reasonable. He performed the repair explaining the process. After completed he asked how we would prefer to receive our receipt. He explained the information detailed and the coverage. Derek came to the house to reprogram our outside remote. We have a lot of trouble with it. He ended up installing a new one. I believe it should work better. I also asked that he refresh me with how to fix the outside opener if it loses its signal again. Did so with no hesitation. While doing the work he also noticed 2 items that needed attention and took care of them while he was here. Such a kind person and always giving suggestions to help. Also made a recommendation for a future fix .

The tech. Did a great job. My complaint is $2086 for 2.5 hrs work. 3 braces. New rollers. New springs. A few hinges and 3 bearings. Called a local company after the work was finished and her first question was “you must’ve used precision.” I’ll never use them again!

I couldn't be more pleased with Precision Garage Door of Columbus. I started having an issue with my door yesterday and by noon today it is completely fixed! I was able to setup my appointment online and there were time slots for the next day. The problem was the focus of the technician -- not selling me things I didn't need. Garage door was cracking and screeching and really needed maintenance. I had used Precision before and actually recommended it to others. Their representative, Derek, did an excellent job. He was professional but courteous, friendly, and let us know exactly what he had to do. And, yes I would use them again. The only reason for the 4 star rating was I thought the price was too high. I could have refused the work and called another company, but I know from experience that Precision is one of the best.
