I had a broken spring on my door and worn out parts. Jordan Damron was the service technician who came out. He was very professional and knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his job and your company. Because of how quick you could come and fix my garage door, You were the first one that could come fix the problem. Discussed the band aid solution and the total fix. I decided on the total garage door fix, springs, rollers, opener, cables, the whole shabang. At First when I saw the prices I was a little blown away, but when I heard I had a 7 year warranty of the whole thing it brought my worries down. Matt was my Garage door Tech and loved him more when I found out he served as well. I think Matt should get Garage Tech of the year from what I saw today when getting the garage door back up and running.

I Recommend that you call Precision first. They installed new double springs, cable, rollers, adjusted the tracks, and reinforce my garage door opener brackets at a reasonable price. Waited 3 months after the installation to write this review ,to make sure everything was still in good working order.

The web sight was professional and very informative. I was impressed by the assurance that the technician would be uniformed and in a marked, dedicated service truck. He was prompt (on a Saturday afternoon no less) and quickly replaced our broken spring. We were held hostage by that broken garage door for 5 hours and were very relieved! Wonderful service!
