The tech that came out this time to fix the springs not only fixed that problem but checked out the entire set up and fixed our rollers, track and installed a new door seal that was way over due. Needed to have bottom seals replaced on two doors and had an inspection of the overall health of the doors being they were over 8 years old, Matt did an excellent job installing the seals and I opted for new rollers and bearings as the existing ones were going bad. Matt was here on time and was very professional and friendly. I will recommend Matt and Precision to anyone that needs their service.

The technician didn’t have a clue of what the problem was. He then tried to sell me a new garage opener. I ended up just thanking him and sending him his way, not after paying $50 for nothing of all. Next day I started working on it myself and found out that all it needed was a reset. Highly doubt you’re willing to refund the $50 dollars. Please don’t call yourselves technicians or claim to repair garage doors.
